Retro Revolution Smoke Shop

I have been going to retro revolution multiple times a week for the past 9-12 months since I’ve been in Dallas. It is my go to spot for all of my vape shop needs. The staff there is all extremely friendly and efficient.
its not your average head shop, while they do carry a variety of a affordable products, there’s something about Retro that feel so luxurious Regardless of how busy it gets there is always someone there to help you pick out what you need and get you out the door quickly. They have a great variety for any product you are looking for. They have a ton of Kratom options, kava, nootropics and a billion DELTA 8 Products and everything is priced competitively. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with anyone at this store. 5 star!!!!! This will continue to be my go to spot as long as I am in dallas.

I love this store! I always find the cutest clothes and jewelry here(they have body jewelry too!) And customer service here from the employees is honestly so impressive with how helpful they are and every time I walk and I'm greeted with a smile. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the area!

Okay so the TL;DR first for anyone in a rush :

They do have replacement magnetic/screw on 510 connectors sold SEPARATELY for the yocan uni. Unlike anything I’d seen before. That device would be eternal if not for losing that piece. Which is now SOLD SEPARATELY. (At Retro Revolution. )

And, last I saw they also sold Nytols too. (This was a couple of months ago but yes they did have it, but you have to ask. You’re welcome.

This is by far the best all purpose shop for any and all kinds of specialty/novelty needs. They have everything from the obscure one off items to the mainstream items. Really good prices. I was helped by some of the friendliest knowledgeable employees Ive met in an establishment of this type. On my first solo visit, Brandon was so incredibly nice right off the bat and was able to help me with answering all of my silly questions right when I walked in. Chris on the other hand, I got the vibe that he’s more business minded and I can easily ask too many questions so I didn’t really have too much experience with him but from what I saw first hand, he keeps the place in line. (which is a great thing when you work in an establishment that will get tons of either kids trying to come in (nope) or just general riffraff coming in to cause trouble or just making messes which he shut that down quick. W/o being the typical “vape shop snob” bc it’s not a vape shop hah. My Second visit I had Johnathan help me out first and he almost had me sold on an item I actually needed but decided against last minute, but knowing it is sold there gives me an excuse to return for my third visit soon.

As for their Vape section. I gotta be honest here and say that I wish they had the items I needed but as it’s not a “vape “ shop per se, I was surprised to see how much of a decent selection of podmod devices and loads of saltnic. I get it, supply/demand. I’m stuck in the subohm camp and dont like change. they had a decent juice selection of days and a couple of freebase with fruit flavors, but as a connoisseur of custard- they didn’t have many to Choose from. At least not in freebase. Then again, they’re not a shop who’s catering exclusively to vapers so it’s not unexpected.

I went in looking for one item and while I didn’t find it, I did end up getting my boyfriend a badass bday gift, and myself a new shirt. So I wasn’t unhappy by any means. (I actually spent more than that but w/e I love all the things i got and enjoyed myself while browsing)

My favorite thing about this shop, is how actually down to earth the employees are which is rare in this industry. You’ll usually run into stuck up know it alls who make you feel like your lack of knowledge on any topic or item makes you an idiot. I didn’t get that not once not from anyone there.

I returned actually a week later looking for a different coil for a different vape (they have some coils there but not a big selection) although I wet in knowing they may not have it, It was fine since on my last visit I saw their impressive jewelry selection and wanted to replace some of my older items. Ana was super helpful and knowledgeable about what they had and didn’t have and even did something for me I hadn’t seen another shop do in ages! In regards to keeping me as a repeat customer !

I will continue to shop here for anything I may need in the future and will be suggesting any friends to do so as well!

My boyfriend has been shopping here on and off for many years and he introduced me to the location a while back with him but my first time solo I really got to spend time inside, get to know the various items they sell and see that the employees make the energy in that place so comfortable and relaxed that if they did sell more freebase/sub ohm items, I’d honestly probably never go anywhere else for my vape things.

Lastly; anyone who says anything bad about this shop is well obviously just mad that they didn’t own or work in such a great shop nor did they get the opportunity to have such great coworkers.

Or, you know it was just PMS. W/e.

We’ve been here a couple of times since moving to the area and love this place. Always good vibes and the people who work here are so nice! I always find some awesome photos for our beatles wall too. Highly recommend!

Man I always love coming here, the vibe is always awesome. I go in there looking for one thing and leave with so much other stuff that cater to my needs. Brandon took great care of me while I tried on all the cool clothes! Great selection of EVERYTHING! I could spend hours in this store bc there is so much to see and the selection is over the top! I love this store!!

Yamel and the guy working with her today were super sweet and knowledgeable. This place was way more than I expected and so adorable on the inside. There was all kinds of delicious incense and other neat random stuff. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Unlike other headshops, this establishment offers not just pieces and papers but the other half of the store is dedicated to clothing and jewelry that’s unique and stylish. The wide variety of accessories, equipment, and glass is abundant and well picked to be show cased. The staff was professional and immediately asked for IDs and assisted me (Thank you Jay) They have everything well stocked, organized, and clean. Prices are a bit high compared to most but you can’t find a vast selection like Retro does. I wish they had more locations. I love taking my time to look through the store to find hat pins, jackets, utensils, and original pieces. Step inside and you see the difference especially in employee knowledge and helpfulness. Most employees at headshops don’t care, slouch around like you’re a hassle to them, and don’t even try to be a salesman. I was happy to engage in a conversation with my cashier who also offered me a sample of incense.

Super cool smoke shop! They have such a wide variety of water pipes, novelties, collectibles, smoking essentials! Must visit for all my smokers!

This is my go to in the DFW. They have the best flower and gifts. I have purchased tarot cards, air freshener, vapes, and cigars from these guys.

Visited this lovely smoke shop quite a few times.. Always good service and nice staff. I’ve bought a lot of clothing from here which was nice for vacations especially. I love all the products as well and decent pricing.

I’ve been going to this smoke shop close to a year, and have always had a great experience. the entire team is very welcoming and helps answer any questions i may have. they are open super late too which is a major plus.

Where can I begin with this review but to say this is a phenomenal smoke shop experience!!! My wife and I have been going to Retro for practically 2 years now and every time the customer service we’ve received is above and beyond!! Shout out to the homies Juan, Chris, Brandon, Zach, and Jonathan!! These guys have always taken care of us and made sure we always get the best value in our purchases!! The shop definitely does not lack in variety!!

Yesterday was the first time I'd been to the shopin 10 years. The first time I was there was actually for a band signing, the kottonmouth Kings. So I guess you could say this is the first time I had actually been in the shop for shopping purposes.

Brandon was there and was extremely helpful, friendly, and I felt that he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and questions. Will most certainly be returning and I will absolutely recommend. Thanks for the sincere and genuine want to be in your industry.
