Walked in, helped us hunt for a sweatshirt we were looking for, gave us info and even called another store to see if it was in stock AND as we left he wished us well and to have a great day.Also if your looking for Dallas shirts, this is place to go.

Great place for quality sports merchandise. Tons of inventory. I especially like that they carry "Comfort Colors" t-shirts (which are very high quality).

One stop shop for all your favorite team gear! Grab a gift or the latest apparel. Great staff, Tee and Kam were kind and helpful. I was looking for Dallas or Texas branded items and found plenty of options.

Went very well. Was looking for a nice SMU shirt and found one, but it was too large and the clerk said that they had one in stock and she would find it and call me later. She did find one in my size, called me, and I went back and purchased it. I never thought anyone would call me. Good PR

This Rally House has great customer service & the employees are really down to earth & very helpful. I was here last week to get some shirts for the Stars playoff game & of course they had a great selection. They always have what you need & are stocked w/items needed to support your team. If you haven't been to this location, I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Great experience here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean, and they have everything!! All major Dallas Teams, and Universities in the area!! Even had big men sizes up to 3x !! Go check it out, great store if you like sports apparel or good Dallas shirts!!

I had been driving all over town looking for a jersey for my grandson. I had gone to two places were told they had 4 jerseys got there not one! I called Rally House they checked to see if they had the jersey and the size I wanted. They did and had it at the register when I arrived. Rally House you just won a forever customer.

I stopped by the Rally House at Old Town the other day. I was looking for some sports apparel for my boyfriend but was completely overwhelmed by the choices. I think given the number of sports franchises in the area, this is an understandable dilemma. Thank goodness, I encountered Angela. She was a calming and knowledgeable force in the confusion of my shopping experience. She showed me around, all the while asking the right questions, getting to know just what my sports loving boyfriend would appreciate. She made several suggestions, and I made my purchases... She was not wrong!!! He loved everything I gave him. I will definitely be back for my own sports jersey when the ballpark opens!!! Thank you for having team members like Angela!!!

My b/f is a mega HatHead! He has dragged me to Rally House Old Town too many times to shop for hats of his favorite teams, and we have always had pleasant exchanges with the Rally House staff. Recently, Vanessa T. was a rock star even after my b/f bought a hat, changed his mind a million times, and ended up returning said hat. Vanessa T. was extremely pleasant and helpful, and made him feel appreciated for being a Rally House customer. Thank you!

I visited the store last week looking for Notre Dame merchandise. Your associate Angela kindly informed me that they do not carry their merchandise in the store but that I could visit the company website. She even offered me a code for free shipping! Thanks again!! A lifesaver!

Stopped by to pick up some college stuff for my classroom, and was very pleasantly surprised. I picked a few things out then a young man (Desmond I believe) took his time to show me around the store to talk to me about a few items and help me out. A wonderful experience!
