Wow, how have I lived in Dallas my whole life and missed this place until today? A travesty of the sandwich variety. My brother and I pulled in by happenstance and loved it! Both of us love sandwiches above all other food and finding a simple, great tasting one is impossible. My brother had a turkey sandwich and he declared it was the best of his life! I agree it was amazing. I had the ham breakfast sandwich. Leonard was great to meet and I can't wait to be back, maybe tomorrow!

The restroom was clean!! That’s first of all. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with genuine friendliness. Rare. We ordered 2 burgers and tots while our toddler ran the aisles looking for her favorite snack. The food was fresh. I mean made to order, not ready made type of fresh. Burgers were bussing! Tots were totting! This place was sooooo much more than I’d expected. Now that we’ve found it, we will be loyal customers.

P.S. They sell kegs 😍

I have been wanting to go and finally tried today. Kiki from the reviews was right the tater tots were TOTTTTTIN . Lol I had 2 while driving and wanted to go back and get more lol 😆 it's not a lot so I will buy 2 next time. The burgers are big and the service was nice,polite, and helpful from both employees I encountered. I was thinking about going back tonight just for tots. Definitely in my favorites and will return.

Pete Tadora is one of the owners and just a great guy! We love the sandwiches here and it's a quick place to pick up a cold beer.

We're new to the state, and we have a heavily planted aquarium - so we have a 5 lb. CO2 tank on a regulated system to keep them healthy. I was having trouble finding a gas supply shop to have my tank refilled (not sent out or exchanged), and then I stumbled across Parkit Market.

The guys there were really friendly, and were happy to fill up the tank. It only took about 10-15 minutes, and cost just under $20 - I'll definitely be visiting them for future tank fills!!

Best Sandwich Shop in DFW! I have been stopping here for several years - always had the Best of Sandwiches. I see they are voted Best Burgers also - I am not surprised! Take a bow Parkit! You are the MVP of Sandwiches!

very friendly, very nice. I always buy Lotto tickets there. Like the old days, and it has the nickname "Superette"! Recommend. They have been voted best C-Store in the Dallas Observer many times and for their huge beer keg biznis. Always a beer truck outside making delivery!

Filled a 5 lb CO2 tank here for my aquarium. Took 10 mins and around $20.

Quite surprised at this place. Huge keg selection and a decent deli counter as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is great. Changed out a 20lb CO2 tank (on a Sunday!). I was in and out in 1 minute.

Always friendly and usually a lot of business especially on NFL Sundays and College football. A lot of beer.

It's the only place around that fills CO2 tanks. Despite their monopoly the price is reasonable and the service is good.

On the phone I thought they were rude and I was proven 1,000% wrong not only did they help me set my kegerator pieces up in the store they were also kind enough to take my phone calls when I got home and walked me through step by step...could I have been anymore wrong !?!!
