CVS

I go out of my way by 30 min to go to this store because of staff. Everyone of them is amazing and so welcoming. Its nice to shop amongst friendly staff. You never know what someone is going through and that kindness means something beyond words. CVS really needs to honor these guys with raises and praises. Hands down best customer service!

Came in after going to urgent care. Ridiculous lightning fast prescription fill. They have ninjas working back there!!

I was searching for a covid test kit and this CVS was the only one place among 4 other CVS place. Not only that, the staff was very professional and friendly.

Me and my squad were shopping around for makeup. We were arguing a lot about what we needed, because we are twelve years old and clueless. We finally decided on what we were going to buy when we were paying when a very nice worker named Deka decided to sister snatch our old brush and buy us two new sets! We then proceeded to get into the car and tell my friends mom about it. I am now typing this review, happy as can be, and hoping this somehow reached the manager so Deka can get a raise because of her amazing generosity and great customer service and amazing attitude towards children. The end.

Very helpful, detailed conversations by Pharmacist and staff. Very proactive and responsive. Have had a great experience with CVS/Southlake.

Not really too much to say here, it is a CVS and has an odd assortment of a little bit of everything. I have gone here for convenience to find anything from a light for my bike to lip balm to a skillet. I can’t comment on the pharmacy portion, but a friend told me they had a bad experience.

El lugar es enorme y realmente hay gran variedad de productos.
Me parece que hay poco personal en la parte de recetas y prescripciones.
Lleve mi receta para un enjuague bucal y me dijeron que lo pase a buscar en una hora. Me pareció mucho tiempo una hora para preparar un enjuague bucal. Así que di unas vueltas por la tienda y aproveché para comprar otras cosas y me puse en esa LARGA fila de Pick Up que siempre hay y en 40 minutos mi enjuague ya estaba listo.
