Love the staff and the clearance section of this location. Overall this store’s prices are kinda high but it’s convenient and easy to get in and out of. Never had to wait in line due to the lack of grocery clerks and the employees working at the self checkout really know how to work the stores point of sale. A++ for sure!

I’ve never reviewed a grocery store before, but my recent experience was too good not to share. Steve in the meat department worked overtime to help locate and secure a prime rib roast before Christmas. Unbelievable service. These folks put the other local grocers to shame. Thanks!

Have been a Tom thumb customer for many years. Still love the store. Prices are getting a bit tough, and your competition is starting to look more attractive. Management needs to find a way to trim some fat from the budget and keep their prices competitive. Atmosphere is only worth so much

My favorite store because it is immaculately clean, perfectly merchandised and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful making for a satisfying shopping experience every time that I visit the store. I appreciate the wine section with its regional diversity as well as the craft beer offerings for a quick shopping trip. There is a very busy Starbucks in store as well as an excellent pharmacy and an in store Quest Diagnostics should you need a quick walk in Covid Test.
With very competent meat and produce departments I can plan my weekly menu plans expertly and easily. I must say that the store manager cares deeply for his customers and store appearance by constantly walking the floor evaluating every detail and greeting everyone that he passes by with a friendly hello which makes a significant difference for customer satisfaction and continued brand loyalty. This all together is a win-win for everyone.

This is a well managed store. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful, and the store is stocked regularly with new merchandise. The pharmacy is terrific.... incredibly personable and when you renew five prescriptions, you get a coupon for 20% off your next grocery bill. I would highly recommend coming to the Southlake Tom Thumb.

I went to pick up a few items and the cashier was extremely attentive, professional and friendly. She talked about how much she loved working there and how her store manager is the best. Great experience

The manager and staff are amazing. They help yiu solve your problems (when you have a problem) in a positive manner. This is a great store all around.

Went to the Quest Lab inside of Tom Thumb and the service was impeccable. The lab employee was kind, very assured of her skills, and had my labs drawn quite rapidly! Will definitely use this location for future lab work.

Great selection. Reasonable prices. Killer wine sale currently. Staff helpful. Could use more checkers on occasion. We go several times a week. Love the gas points. Just wish you could get points for alcohol. Still a big thumbs up! LOL

What sets this Southlake Tom Thumb grocery store apart from all of the others is it’s warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere of employees. I have personally shopped there for numerous years and now have come to know many of it’s employees by name. The store in itself is kept in excellent order. The restrooms are always clean, the presentation of the store is always at it’s best, and someone is always willing to lend a helping hand. None of this would be possible without the guidance of the store director Kelvin Hog. He is the glue that holds the store together and keeps all parts at all times working in conjunction with each other for the greater good of the Tom Thumb grocery store as a whole. The spirit that he carries with him every day is like a contagious burning fire. His always upbeat, positive attitude draws customers to the store. I personally have never seen Kelvin with out a smile on his face and something kind to say. He’s hardworking, honest, and has all the traits needed to keep this Southlake Tom Thumb grocery store thriving! To everyone at Tom Thumb, y’all are the best!!

Great store to shop..they have everything you
could possibly want...a little pricey so I am not a frequent shopper but I love to visit periodically for special things. They have a great selection in all departments from floral and gifts to prepared lunch or dinner items.
Always clean, friendly staff and freshest available produce, meats and bakery items.

We came here from out of town to pick up a few things. I ended up dropping a bottle of wine in the parking lot and 2 of the staff helped clean it up and got me a new bottle. They were super nice and should be commended for their service.

The store is always clean and in order with great selection of products and plenty of stock available! I especially love the floral department! Beautiful blooms and reasonably priced! Their orchid selection is awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The produce was beautiful! I couldn't believe how big everything was. And the selection of different vegetables was uncanny! Also, I was able to find a bunch of specialty items that I haven't been able to find in other stores. Like Slawsa! I will be spending more time at this awesome store!

I come here a lot before work to grab a yogurt, drinks, salad for my breakfast/ or for lunch break. Clean, fresh, very nice awesome staff. I walk over from my job and usually forget about my Tom thumb card on my keychain & the super sweet awesome lady at the quick check out still gives me my discount. I love this place.

Wendy in the floral department was amazing! She helped me make my arrangement look so classy! She was very friendly and I truly appreciate her! I’ll be back next time I need another arrangement! I tried to do the survey on the receipt but it expired, so here I am on google! Go see Wendy world!

Store is always clean and stocked up well. The staff is friendly and willing to help you if need be. I've only used the pharmacy at this location once or twice but the staff back there are helpful, friendly, and patient.

Centrally located in Southlake for easy access. They are usually stocked with anything you will need. They have a very friendly staff every time you check out and you are in and out with minimal lines. Of course temper your expectations around the holidays. If you have been to a Tom Thumb, you know what you are getting. This one is clean and tidy with everything you'd expect.
