Claffey Pools Retail

Our pool badly needed a major facelift and we chose Claffey among several competing companies and we have never been happier with a decision. From start to completion they kept us involved. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgable, to list only a few of the accolades. Their service department is without equal. John Cita sets the bar to exceed the competition. The retail out let led by Mark Emory handles all of our ongoing retail needs. Mark's management style is reflected in a well run ship that's like going home every visit. I have another retail outlet down the street as well as the big outlet's nearby, but we choose to fill all our needs where the service is beyond comparison and they go the extra mile and so do we. Thanks Claffey-your new offices truly are a reflection of what you can create, like you did for us.

Working with Claffey Pools was fantastic, very professional. Starting with Reid in Design and Sales to our foreman Steve, it was great. They delivered on all they said they would. Our final product was everything we hoped it would be and better. It has really completed our yard and home. Thanks Claffey!

I was told by a friend that Claffey was worth every penny when it came to buying a new pool and that's some of the best advice I've ever received. Couldn't be happier with the great customer service and the final product. Already looking forward to this upcoming summer to be outside every day relaxing by the pool or cooking food from our new outdoor kitchen.

We had a really, really great experience. Everyone knew what they were doing and they were good at it. Our old pool was completely removed and we started over. I was not looking forward to what we went through when the first pool was built.....awful. I was so pleasantly surprised by Claffey. We had no issues, none.

The staff here were so kind and generous when I requested a donation to include in an auction benefitting the DFW Labrador Rescue organization. I would suggest that people who are generous like this would be good to consider for your pool needs!

Claffey is an outstanding company to work with and we are so excited to start our pool!! Lori has heard all of our ideas and made them come to life!!! We can not wait until this Spring when we are floating in our backyard oasis!!!

They always take good care of us for required chemicals and/or pool service items needed.
