The ice cream and donuts were outstanding and the service was quick and kind. We got donuts the night before Thanksgiving, to have for breakfast the next day, and they were just as fresh and delicious as the night before. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!!!

There was a wait when my daughter and I went to grab some donuts, but it's Lunar New Year so I had no problem with that. The ube bubble tea was perfect, and the donuts had the most excellent taste and texture.

I was so excited to visit Cha Papi after seeing all of the hype on social media, and they exceeded my expectations! This was my first time trying taiyaki and mochi donuts, and I'm totally obsessed now. The matcha soft serve was really refreshing, and I had toppings of condensed milk and Oreo crumble that paired nicely. The cone was like a thick pancake, and I had it with custard inside. Their mochi donut flavors rotate weekly, and we definitely had some great flavors when we visited. The raspberry, chocolate churro, and blueberry crumble really stood out, and I was surprised at how light these were! I went with my parents and we took down 4 of the 6 while we were still there! The strawberry matcha latte was fresh and not artificial. Despite going around 1 on a weekday, the place was still very busy! It was really nice inside and a great place to hang out. We will definitely come back when we're looking to treat ourselves!

Such a perfect sweet spot!! Amazing mochi donuts, very friendly staff, refreshing drinks, and the best black sesame ice cream I’ve had in forever!! Coming from California I’ve been missing delicious Asian items and spots that aren’t all the way in New York! So happy Cha Papi is here! 10/10!! One month late to the party, but glad I arrived. These are probably the best donuts I've ever tasted. Soft, always fresh and delicious. They are pricey ($4.25/donut), but worth it

Amazing dessert shop and cafe! My new favorite spot for a sweet and refreshing snack break. The mochi donuts were perfection! They were sweet, light, and had a chewy texture. Bought one of each flavor and none disappointed. The ube coconut and black sesame ones were my favorite! Can't wait to visit again!

Clean, open facility and their Mochi Donuts are so soft, light and delicious! HIGHLY RECCOMEND them. Also had their strawberry latte which was not overly sweet or Nestlé tasting! It was refreshing and so good - got boba in it of course.

We finally had the chance to try Cha Papi's Mochi Donuts, and we was not disappointed! The donuts are not as chewy as some other mochi donuts I've had, but they are still soft and fluffy. We loved the Ube Donut, which was topped with a sweet ube glaze.

I also tried the matcha ice cream with the fish-shaped cone. The ice cream was delicious, but the cone was not my favorite. It was like a pancake with a bit of cream in it, and I didn't really care for the texture.

Cha Papi has rotating flavors for both their donuts and ice cream, so I'm excited to try other flavors in the future. I would definitely recommend Cha Papi to anyone who loves mochi donuts or unique ice cream flavors.

The ambiance of the restaurant is modern and hip, with stylish decor and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly, quick, and attentive, providing excellent service.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the bubble donuts. They are light, fluffy, and perfectly sweetened. What made them truly special were the variety of flavors we always buy a box to go! The boba drinks are available variety of flavors (matcha is my favorite) and they are so refreshing.

Overall, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their delightful creations!

Lovely place. The atmosphere was nice. Looks like it's a Halloween season already! Got the Mango Matcha Drink and wow, it was super good. I'd definitely go again if it wasn't 2 hours away haha. Picture is before and after it has been mixed.

We had the most delightful experience at this café on a Friday afternoon. Excellent music greeted us upon entering coupled with a modern minimalist aesthetic and chill vibe. The staff were super friendly and professional and the place was impeccably clean. The menu is simple which i am a big fan of. It seemed a bit pricey but once we received our order we could taste the quality and care in everything we had.

We both had the Rose Black cha, hot and sweet with dairy milk. I am a fan of Rose tea so i was excited to see it on the menu. I had never had it with milk, so a new experience. Firstly, this was the best tea latte I've ever had! So flavorful and the texture was spot on. Sweet and creamy with exquisite rose flavor! The notes of the Black tea were also delightful and smooth. It seemed to be a high quality loose leaf china black with a good amount of floral but not overpowering. So delicious!

Then we had to try the Mochi donuts. We shared a Vietnamese Coffee donut. It was soooo good! I thought nothing about price when I returned to the counter to purchase a second one, just the amazing taste and texture of perfection! We are fans of french pastry but this donut rivals any of the best coffee eclairs in terms of flavor!

Very pleasurable afternoon café treat! I wish we lived closer, but we will find a time to return in the later spring!!

Yum! We got a dozen mochi donuts and the texture and flavors were perfection! So so so yummy and the gummy, stetchy but still light texture was so addictive!

Also got the iced black sesame latte and wow that was a tasty drink.

Highly recommend supporting this local biz!

Amazing mochi donuts and lattes. Ube latte is out of this world. The churro donut was the star of today's flavor options. The indoor decor is very cool. I think grand opening wait times won't reflect any other day. 2 hours in line was a lot but I'll go again in 2 weeks.

I loved it! So delicious, the Ube icecream was out of this world! Friendly service, really cool decor. Donuts were light fluffy and flavorful! Can’t wait to come back and try some other goodies.

Tried Cha Papi for the first time today and HIGHLY reccomend. I got two Donuts and the strawberry matcha latte. The matcha was the best I've ever had, they made it perfectly there was not a single grain in the cup (something I have run into a lot when ordering matcha out). The strawberry puree was so good and everything was very fresh. I wish they were located more centrally in west hartford. If you get a chance definitely check this place out!

So delicious. We tried the honk Kong milk tea , lavender earl grey tea and the strawberry latte with a strawberry mochi and cookies and cream mochi... Everything was delicious.

If you’ve never had their mochi donuts you are doing yourself a severe disservice and need to try them. They are AMAZING! Gone are the days I try (and fail) to make my own- five minutes down the road are these addictive and delicious little things and I am HOOKED! Doesn’t hurt that they’re super kind here either. Great place!

Went in a Sunday afternoon, the line was out the door! Had nice dessert the mochi donut tasted like fried dough with frosting on top. Would come again

Me and a friend went yesterday and HOLY COW the donuts were delicious. The perfect amount of sugar, the best texture, and let’s not forget about the amazing strawberry latte they serve 🤤. Literally NEED to come back ASAP!!
