Town Fair Tire

I called to price check tires as I needed to replace all. I expressed to Angel, employee at Town Fair, that I was shopping around for price checks on tires. Angel then told me my shopping around would end with him since Town Fair Tires will match any price, even online. Town Fair was able to take me in within 15 mins of making the initial call. Service was excellent and within the day I’m back on the road with my new tires. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANGEL! Best customer service experience to date. :)

Great Service! I had a positive experience at Town Fair Tire. The service was excellent, with a friendly sales representative who provided various options. The technician did an awesome job and was very efficient. The tires I selected were top notch! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my new tires, the warranty, and service received. I recently replaced a single tire here at this location. Robert was very helpful in addressing my needs. I didn't feel like he was trying to oversell me on anything. He suggested also getting an alignment. That came from the fact that I told him I hadn't known the last time that I had an alignment. Not knowing much about this kind of thing, I was a little reluctant to getting the alignment. But I think it was the right call. Overall, I had a very good experience here and Robert was a big factor in that good experience. Would recommend this location to other folks who are looking for services offered here.

Town fair tire is awesome. They were very professional and my appointment was faster than I expected. They have the best deals on tires compared to any competitor! Bob made sure to help me with all the details, regarding my purchase. If you need help, he’s the guy to see.

I'm a student back in school with a limited budget and the service advisor Bob took care of me. Great communicator, told me the issue how it was, didn't sugarcoat it and gave me plenty of options. Very open.

Tommy was a godsend today! My daughter had an emergency flat tire and Tommy took her in immediately. He not only solved the problem rapidly, but also noticed an additional problem which he solved just as easily. Tommy and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and put us at ease from the moment we walked through the doors. I HIGHLY recommend town fair tire and Tommy in particular!!

Tommy was a phenomenal worker not only did he help with my tire issues he helped me out as a first time mom adjusting to the outside world with my little one he opened doors and helped put my baby’s stroller into my car he made sure me and the baby was good to go before sending us on our way after our service . He made me have a great experience usually my dad handles my car issues because he says some woman get taken advantage of at someplaces for just being a woman but Tommy made it a great environment, a great safe place for women and women with kids and no I did NOT get scammed! THANK YOU TOMMY FOR BEING SO KIND! Keep being Awesome!!

I came to Town Fair Tire to get a new set of tires for my car after realizing my existing tires were useless. Upon arriving, I was greeted and checked in immediately. A few seconds later I was met by salesman Thomas who showed me several tire options suitable for my vehicle. I was able to select a tire with ease after he provided information about each option. The price quoted was reasonable and what I had wanted to pay. Installation was less than 2 hours. I opted to wait. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I had a very positive experience at this location. Thank you, Thomas!

Town fair tire was able to repair one of my tires super quickly and conveniently! In addition, the customer service was top tier! Victor who was working at the front is super nice and personable. I recommend anyone who needs their tires done to do so here.

William Muir displayed excellent customer service during my visit here at town fair tire. The staff were helpful and welcoming. He also had a wide selection of top shelf inventory for low prices. Most of the choices I was given included unbeatable package deals. Once my rims were done they looked fantastic, and after the alignment it rode as smooth as when I first drove it off the lot. I will definitely be back here.

I made an online appointment to get a wheel alignment. Very simple process and got a confirmation night prior. Upon arrival Bob asked about what was going on and what my plans were. He offered a no pressure evaluation of tires and wheels options to meet my needs. Very informative. I’m happy to be leaving same day with the alignment and a new set of wheels and tires.

Visiting from Atlanta for my brothers funeral. Woke up with a flat tire on my rental, on the sidewall so it couldn’t be patched. No one had the tire in stock but Town Fair Tire in West Hartford had one on the shelf. Thomas, the representative went above and beyond. Not only expressing his condolences, but getting me prioritized even though there was a two hour plus wait. I was out in less than 30 minutes. He’s kindness, understanding and professionalism is something you can’t find nowadays. Highly recommended this facility, Don’t bother going anywhere else start here first. And if you go ask for Thomas he’ll take care of you.
