My Lexus had front end damage. Car craft was able to put a new bumper on, fix the damage underneath, they painted it and got it back to me fast. Car looks just like it did from the factory. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Car Craft was the tow service that picked up my car after and accident. I had a terrible experience with my insurance but John was awesome. He was patient as we waited to hear back from the insurance. He offered perspective that I was not getting from the insurance company that really helped me. Car Craft performed the initial assessment and the tear down and were always timely. My car ended up being totaled so I did not use Car Craft for repair but will use them in the future because they proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks John!!

We bought 3 cars from Al! He is reliable, patient, has a lot of knowledge about cars, and he will let a mechanic in the West Hartford area take a look at the car before buying it. Unfortunately, it is hard to trust people nowadays when buying a good, but fortunately, we have Al, so whenever we need a car, he is the guy. Highly recommend!

Just purchased a car from them. I got an awesome deal, and they went above and beyond for me. Not only did they register the car, but took it to emissions testing, replaced a headlight, changed the oil, and found a copy of the missing owners manual for me. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Honda Civic from Car Craft 5 months ago. It was in good condition, and they were asking for a fair price. I had some scheduling difficulties getting to the dealership to view the car, but Al was patient with me and worked around my schedule. Then, after viewing the car and deciding to buy it, it took me several weeks to get my car loan. Al told me not to worry and to take my time. Once I was finally able to pick up the car there were new tires and brand new windshield wipers on it. Al and the rest of the Car Craft staff were so helpful and kind; I felt at ease working with them. Though I am usually skeptical about car salespeople, I could tell the Car Craft staff was different because they genuinely care about getting you a good car to suit your needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have been sold a lemon from a different company before. I know how horrible it feels to be tricked and felt like someone stole from you. I would not wish that upon anyone. I feel strongly that Car Craft is an honest business, and they will take good care of each and every one of their customers.

My car's front end was completely caved in and Car Craft was able to do a complete and seamless repair in two weeks. The car looks better than it did before the accident! I would recommend Car Craft Auto Body to everyone who may come to need their services!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair prices. Purchased a car here for my son, they came in on their day off for a repair so that my son didn’t need to miss any school or be without a vehicle during the week. The owner was great, he gave his personal cell number in case we needed to reach him at any time. Would definitely recommend.

WE LOVE CAR CRAFT! We were so excited when we found my daughters first car there!
Al worked with in our budget and she had a reliable car. Two years later (end of 2018) we went back to see Al when somebody totaled my daughters car. He was able to find another car that my daughter loves and we are very happy.

Bought a car from Al for my son, was an awesome experience ! After seeing many cars from dealers and private parties it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Car Craft. No hard sell, lots of good advice and they were patient and kind. Al let me take it to my mechanic to get an inspection before purchase and then when a sensor blew a week after purchase, he fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend!

Bought a car for my daughter from Al at Car Craft. The car was in excellent condition and he went through the car to make sure everything looked perfect because he knew my daughter would be commuting to school. In addition Al was so accommodating as we needed a couple extra days to get everything in order. My daughter is thrilled with her new car. I recommend using car craft. Car Craft has a continual updating inventory due to selling so if you do not see something you love today then definitely come back to see the new stock pretty soon. Al and his employees provide excellent service and are with you the whole car buying experience. I felt as if I was buying from friends, not a salesman. There was no pressure and they listened to my wants to provide a car that is right in the specs I wanted.
