I’m amazed that I forgot to ask for the name of the woman who assisted me with a stunning Brahmin bag. She was very helpful and gave me some great fashion advice. I’m thrilled with my purchase and even took a photo of it at the Dallas Arboretum and Gardens.

They had the perfume I was looking for! And of course I went to buy $400 worth of Estee Lauder make up! Thank you so much Linda Patterson. You helped me a great deal, not only did she point me to the right direction as far as facial cleansing regimen, etc. she did a color match which was on point spot on perfect. She wrote out for both AM & PM. time regimen as far as what I need to be using and how to use it. Luv! Will be back.

I was taken to buy a pair of shoes for my Mom's Funeral. They had such an Awesome selection that I bought more than one pair. Our salesman was so nice and attentive. Their shoe display was Beautiful. My Mom retired from Dillard's after 40 years of retail. I'm sure she was looking down on me to make sure I was given the courteous treatment she gave to many. I will go back for my Spring and Summer shoe purchases.

One of my absolutely favorite stores to shop. The customer service is great, the store atmosphere is great, so clean and organized always. Thank You to management and staff for doing a really good job.

We had a wonderful experience at the Dior makeup lounge, my friend had a super make over by Make-up Artest Lee, he is amazing and made her feel so special, I highly recommend him and the whole staff, the products they recommended for her are top of the line, overall Dillard's North Park is very clean, well managed, easy flow, well lit, professional staff

Sales associate went out of their way to assist with finding a certain size jacket. He checked several surrounding stores for inventory and in the end determined that a mannequin had the size we needed so he and another associate helped to get the jacket off and let us purchase. It was towards the end of the night and we were so appreciative.

Great variety in clothing cosmetics and foot wear the male shoe sale associates are very kind and make sure they find the size you need

For me, Dillard's is very hit or miss. I either walk out empty handed, or with an entirely new wardrobe in multiple bags. If you hit their sales and clearance just right, it is easy to go overboard, but not feel too guilty. Sales associates can be a little over friendly but I'd rather have that any day that feel like I'm being ignored - which is sadly common at most places these days.

Had an absolutely wonderful suit shopping experience here. Two people helping me with one of them who knew the store like the back of his hand (I think his name was Ken or Kenny). He was putting ties, shirts, pocket squares, etc. together all styled and showing me what would look the best.

I didn’t have to do much except pick out what I liked. As someone who isn’t the best when it comes to picking clothes that match (I’m colorblind), this is the experience I needed.

My wife was not with me this time either so it really helps that someone was there to put together several looks that I was able to take home that day. I will be coming back here for another Armani Exchange suit sometime.

Shout out to Janice Ross in the ladies department, for extraordinary customer service! I visited Dillards on December 9, surely one of the busiest days of the year. I was so excited to find a Dillards, since my home state doesn't have any. I needed to update my business wardrobe. While juggling many customers, she helped me for several hours picking out good items to mix and match. She knew the product lines and which items would be flattering for me. I'm so happy with my purchases, and the excellent selection and service at the Northpark Dillards!

I love Dillard's and who knew they had Furniture? I recently purchased a Natuzzi LeMans sofa from Jerry in the Furniture department, way up on the third floor. Best deal hands down.🔥. The entire staff is really great and super knowledgeable.

Great store...just need more people working..had a hard time in free people section and other areas of women's clothes finding a register ...have more people working...other than that 5 🌟

Exchanged my polo jacket for a gift card and was able to get some versace cologne.

Nice store with great selection. I like their sales and particularly the makeup, skin care and perfume sections. The dressing rooms are okay and I like their selection of fancy dresses for ballgowns and the like. They keep the store pretty well kept and the ladies at the counters are very professional and courteous.

Shoutout to Mohammed in the perfume/cologne section. Excellent service and very professional!

My go-to department store in Northpark Mall, Dallas. My best find today was this lovely fragrance.

Didn't shop here, just walked through to get to another place in the mall. They have blue mannequins now, crazy stuff. Oh, they have wifi too.

If you need a suit ask for Tre. He really knows what he's doing when it comes to menswear.

We’ve been all over the mall. Searching for a specific shoe for my wife. Got horrible service at Nordstrom’s but the finest possible service her at Dillard’s. They have a huge variety of women’s dress shoes and some pretty amazing sales people.
