Duane Reade

The one thing about Duane Reade is that they are so cookie cutter. Especially now !!! A few years ago they remodeled or built new one's. So there all perfect. It comes down to Management if it's a good store or not. And even that. They must have been warned at a manager seminar because everyone is very polite the store's are clean. It's a little over priced because of the convenience. But i really can't complain about almost any Duane Reade I've been in....

I've had mixed experiences at this store. Although mostly positive. I needed a number of items the other night and knew it was likely that they were not going to have everything. To my surprise everything I needed was available. There was even a sale going on for a few of the items very helpful and a nice surprise.

Duane Reade 14th St PHARMACY is great! The Pharmacy Associates offer great customer service, demonstrate Compassion and all seem very caring.

Had a great experience getting a flu shot. Pharmacist Luda (Lude?) was knowledgeable, efficient and very kind and helpful. She recommended that I also get a pneumonia shot, which hadn't occurred to me. She delivered both shots virtually painlessly and I was in and out very quickly.

One of the classy Duane reade with great staff and lots of new stuff that are not exist in other Duane Reade. Just the pharmacy might take a bit longer than other pharmacies; maybe because it is always crowded.

I give it five star because one of the lady at the pharmacy christina she's most wonderful very helpful, you don't find many people that would get out of their way to help others she deserve a promotion I will always come back because of her. From kunj micardo

Manager allowed me to reclaim purchased items two days after the incident when i left my bag at the store. Incredibly trusting and helpful staff.

The cashier Anthony was very helpful and welcoming towards me. Thank you again!!!

The store is ok. There were a few times it wasn't open. I need cough medicine for my son and a guy helped me he was very nice. There was a time i need help making photos and the person that help me was nice and not nice.

It's ok. I got my prescription from here and that was...ugh. To be fair, it was also my health center's fault but whatever. I get snacks, bandages, moisturizer and other stuff from. The queuing time is usually short.

One of the better DR around. The store is usually very clean and well organized. They have usually at least 3 cashiers on staff so there is never more than a 10 minute wait.

They are courteous and helpful.They will do whatever it takes to obtain your meds

It's clean. Staff not helpful and cheaper Walgreens across the street.

Pharmacy around the corner. Plus some food.
