Cynthia M. helped us get a new phone for my daughter. She was so nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the phone and all of the products related to it! She spent the time helping us upgrade and finding the best plan for us! She was great in transferring everything over from her old phone to her new phone.

Cynthia took care of me well, she might be all the way from Kansas helping out this store in Rapid City, but her customer service was impeccable. The experience was the best it could be with her there.

Reyna at the South side location was phenomenal! Normally I try to avoid going into a store, but I will return knowing she will help!

Reyna was very helpful in answering the questions I had. I came into the store to trade in my old phone for the new Iphone 14 and she mentioned I would save a lot of money by upgrading plans as well! There was one other customer that came in before closing so she did her best to help me and her at the same time. An extra associate to help the other person would have saved me more time though. She stayed way past closing to make sure both us customers were happy. She defiantly went above and beyond. We need more people in the workforce like her.

We had a lot if problems getting help from Technical Support. Over 2 hours on phone and got nowhere

Rayna was working alone and was EXCELLENT! She deserves a raise. She multitasked taking care of
three of us at one time. Pleasant and professional. Very impressed with her!

It was a young lady. She was great. Very professional and kind & polite. AND patient with this old lady.
She got rid of the virus, deleted apps causing problems, & sold me a new charger & box after explaining that the cheaper charger I had was why I was having trouble charging my phone.
I was very impressed with her.

Micheal Johnson and Emily Hein were so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our new devises. I wish we had more people like them here. They are the best.

Chris is the man. Greeted us right away even though he was finishing up with someone. Very knowledgeable in technology and gave us our options and broke down what our new bill would be. Super easy to talk with and ask questions. He got our phones set up and made sure they were functional before we left. Plus, he stayed after hours to help us til almost 830pm. We thought they closed at 8pm, but is was 7pm and we walked in at 630pm. It was refreshing to have actual customer service which Chris provided. Keep on rockin it Chris. Stay positive and love your life.

Immediately when I entered the store I was great with a warm welcome. I then was ask to come in & how could I be helped. I told them what I was in search for i they got me what I was in need of.

Check me out and asked if there was anything else the could help with. They also made mention we could upgrade our phones of we wished when we are ready.

This is the store to go to! Although all of the employees at this store are attentive and very helpful, Chris was outstanding!! I worked with Chris a week ago and he helped me find the right phone for me. I came back this weekend to buy the phone. After 1 day, I locked myself out of my phone. Chris was there to help! Chris' customer service skills are off the charts! This is not the first great experience I had with this store. Several years ago, the employees at this store went out of their way to help me into a new phone when I wasn't eligible for an upgrade on a phone I bought off Amazon and hated. While the corporate stores are closed due to covid, this store remains open and eager to help. I can't say enough good things about this store.

James was excellent to work with and explained everything in the new plan. He was very patient and friendly.

I came in yesterday (the Verizon store on Stumer rd) and upgraded my phone. Our phone rep, Christopher K was very helpful and personable! He did a great job helping me find a new phone and explaining everything along with it. The service at this store deserves an A++++.

Casey did an amazing job! Could not have asked for a better experience. He was patient and extremely helpful during our switch from Sprint/TMobile (worst network EVER!). Highly recommend anyone looking to switch to Verizon to head on in and see Casey!

This is the best Verizon store in Rapid! The guys that work here are second to none. The combination of transparency and actual customer care was phenomenal. If you're looking for integrity, knowledgeable staff, and an entertaining experience, then go see Connor, Tom and Chris!
