This Duane Reade has the best pharmacists in all of New York City. I can’t tell you how many times they helped me get medication, more affordably, or find medication when it was out of stock in other places.

Hello. I visit this location primarily for the pharmacy. It's very close to where I live.
I recently picked up a prescription a few days ago and quickly lost it!
I called Duane Reade fatigued a few days after the pick up. I asked Dre, the pharmacist who answered the call on May 1st if the prescription could be replaced. Dre communicated that it could. However this particular one was unable to be replaced under my insurance.
Dre offered to refill the prescription and I could pay out of pocket. The prescription was under twenty dollars. It was perfect.
All of the staff at this pharmacy are helpful. I would like to communicate that when serviced by Dre, I am treated even better!
I could write "essays" as to how other pharmacies offer resistance as my legal name is different that how I look!
As a transgender Latina, I am serviced well at this pharmacy.
No negative energy at this location.

The pharmacist Helen was wonderful. She promised to call me back about an issue I was having with my doctor regarding a prescription and she communicated well with my doctor and followed up with me with a very detailed response. It felt personalized, a feeling that you don't often get with big chain stores. Thanks Helen!

Clean and employees are polite. Wasn't crowded at all.

This is a OK store... What bother me the most is the empty shelfs year-round... In general is always something that i need.. But looking closer you will see many spots taken by other stuff just to cover the empty spaces...
This is not only for otc drugs but on the cold beverages and grocery items too.
Most of the times there is only one cashier around and you always have to wait in line...

Good store, all Duane Reade have the same items most of the times, the good thing is that there are many Duane reade stores so if i don’t find an articule here I can go to the next one few blocks by. The workers in this location are very helpful, I’m glad that it’s close home.

The Pharmacists are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The cashiers are generally very good. I go here often.

Superb pharmacy and friendly staff. Line is long a good amount of the time. Good sales on cold drinks.

Not my med store but have been here several times. Professional folks, decent, no hassle.

It's okay. Slow, empty. Doesn't have an astounding selection of products.
