Picked up business cards today and they looked better than the example on my phone did! I didn’t catch her name, but the cashier was the sweetest and made my day!
Receipt said the cashier number was 1438733 so hopefully this is passed along

Came in to buy an office chair a few months and the lady who ordered it for me told me about a promo they had where I ended up getting a free desk with my chair. Always pleased when employees go above and beyond just taking someone’s order

Genn, who should be given a position as team leader at this store, went above and beyond to help me with an office chair, and supplies for my daughters school year. She is a valuable employee who helped simplify my day, was efficient with time and made my family happy customers. Big thanks to Genn.

I just have to give a BIG thank you to Joy!! I spent hours on an order for my mother in law. When I got to the store I had a special request. Joy didn’t even hesitate to make my project perfect. She is so kind and extremely patient!! My mother in law loves her new cook book and I was very proud to give it to her. Thank you Joy for helping me and not making me feel bad. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Was helped today by the cashier Richard. Great customer service and hooked me up with the rewards program so I could get 10$ for recycling electronics.

I have been shopping often recently at Staples for a printer, ink and laptops. All of the employees have been very helpful. Just today I was there. I was checking out and mentioned a $10 reward coupon I had forgotten to bring along. The cashier gladly looked it up and applied it. That helpful attitude seems to be common there.

I love the people at this store, particularly Evan. He is very knowledgeable and Tony is very helpful as well. The manager Doris is doing a great job at that store. The only time I had a bad experience was when the little guy Donielle approached me and tried tricking me into a credit card claiming he was a district manager and he had some kind of pull with the bank and could get me approved with deferred financing but it didn’t get approved and my credit took a hit and he claimed after the fact that I misunderstood him. He speaks fast and doesn’t know what he is talking about. Evan definitely made up for it though

Always able to find good office supplies at Staples. They often have good deals going on, so be sure to take advantage of them. I wouldn't buy electronics from here, but for everything else it's a good store to visit.

Joy went above and beyond to help me with a poster for my daughters Birthday poster. Phenomenal customer service and very happy with the poster she did.

Im a regular customer at Hilltown Plaza Staples. I needed something finished and a lady named Ashley was extremely helpful and helped me get my business cards finished at last minute.

I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience on the phone with one of the sales associates her name is Nash at the Telford Pennsylvania store she took the time to look for a product and to see if it was in stock because I was driving and could not look up the item number and she was pleasant about it as well in this world today there are so many rude people especially in customer service and I have to say that this Girl was wonderful

Excellent service. Staples in Teleford, Pa. always stands behind what they sell. Great team of associates, Tony in particular goes above and beyond what I consider "good" customer service.

Needed a replacement power cord for a pretty old laptop, and at first it looked like it was too proprietary for them to have, but then they must have seen the dismay on my face because they said wait let us check something.., and figured out one that could work for me!

Evan was very helpful as we looked for the best computer and monitor for our needs, and keeping costs low!
