AT&T Store

I had the most fantastic experience at the Souderton AT&T Store last Friday when I went in search of a new phone. After a frustrating encounter at another store where they couldn't provide me with accurate information, I walked into the Souderton store, and my mood instantly shifted. Dandre Butler and another young man welcomed me warmly and professionally, immediately alleviating my frustration.

I explained to Dandre that I was in the market for an iPhone upgrade, and he efficiently processed my order. To my surprise, I was out of the store with all the necessary accessories in just 15 minutes. Although I was initially disappointed that my new phone had to be shipped, I was thrilled to find it on my doorstep on Saturday, a pleasant surprise ahead of the promised Monday or Tuesday delivery.

When I initially left the store, Dandre generously offered to help set up my new phone once it arrived. Although I didn't take him up on the offer at that time, he went above and beyond after the sale was completed on Saturday. Dandre patiently assisted me with a couple of user-errors during the setup process, showcasing his dedication to exceptional customer service.

To say that Dandre has not only met but exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have not only restored my faith in customer service but have also left me with a renewed appreciation for AT&T as a whole. I highly recommend the Souderton AT&T Store, and particularly Dandre Butler, for an outstanding and seamless experience.

Souderton PA AT&T store rep CONNOR: it’s been a long time since we have had such a pleasant, positive customer service experience. CONNOR was knowledgeable, took time to walk us through the steps needed online to make changes, and finding us better deals thru ATT and Direct TV while we waited for a new phone to set up. We entered the store with a broken phone screen (and to be honest, frustrated customers with gradual price increases yearly) and left VERY satisfied customers! Thank you, CONNOR!

Had a great experience on Black Friday with Dandre. We initially walked in because one of our phones was stuck in SOS mode. Dandre was able to fix that in less than 2 minutes. After reviewing the Black Friday deals AT&T were currently running, we decided to upgrade our 2 phones and add an Apple Watch. Dandre made sure we were all up and running & had everything we needed to make the upgrade as seamless as possible. We were in and out of the store quick. We are very happy with our new phones & watch and highly recommend going to see Dandre at this location.

Everybody here is great. All 3 of the gentlemen here helped me out with my phone issues and got me in and out in a timely manner! Couldn’t thank them enough. Go to this store!!!

Hats off to Connor and Alyssa!! They are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! This is my go to place for tech stuff and staff who are happy to assist. They put the screen savers and case on your phone- who does that? I feel like I am in the Philippines (known for extremely helpful staff!). Thanks Guys!!

After having a very hard time, getting a new phone and being taken care of at T-Mobile, I found myself at this AT&T location dealing with Brett. He is excellent at his job and has provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, mind you he was a one man show running the store today. He sent me out of there very satisfied with the new iPhone 14 and two new Apple Watch to go along with it. This man did it all including getting me the charging box needed for this new phone! It doesn’t get much better than that no hassle and everything I needed in a flash.

Come here for any little inconvenience and always feel welcome! The team is great and my personal go to man is Connor Z. 👏🏽

Tonight 4/18/23. I was at my daughter's softball game. My phone was in SOS mode and I needed a new sim card. We got to the store a minute before closing the manager of the store let me and my daughter in. He stayed late to help me and put a new sim card in my phone. He could of just told me he was closing but he did not. He took time to help even though they were about to close. I have a good experience every time I go in this store. But tonight was much appreciated.

Thus store is amazing and friendly staff. Conner and Bret are very helpful and took very good care of us in our new purchase. Would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a phone or new provider.

Just got my 3rd iPhone from this store. I can’t thank them enough. Connor got me set up in 20 minutes. Polite, concise and informative. He was the best. Thanks for making what I thought was going to be a painful experience into a pleasurable one.

Kind, considerate, patient, engaged....what more can I say when describing my expierence with Bret at AT&T. First of my family and I showed up in the evening to find Bret jumping back and forth between three customers. Each one of those customers got his full attention the entire time and left satisfied. Next up was my family....every one of us a new customer in for new phones. Bret stayed and hour after close to make sure we were well taken care of and entertained my daughter, wife and I while our data was transferring! This guys is everything AT&T core values should stand for. How is this guy not managing his own district by now?!? C'mon AT&T! Get on that!!

This is a 2022 update on my review - and, again, a great, 5-star experience with Devante (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) and the small-but-mighty Souderton store. He helped me pick out the phone I wanted, ordered it, and answered some other questions I had that helped me with some important choices, and, oh yeah, let me know of some discounts for which I did not know I qualified, and ended up saving me some good money, too. I'm hoping he's working when my new phone is delivered as I'm confident setting it up will go as smoothly as things went today - AT&T, give this man a raise!

I've always had very good and helpful experiences at this particular AT&T store. Most recently, I had the good fortune to be helped by Moe, who is the branch manager. I was having enough difficulties with my iPhone 6 that it was time for me to upgrade. Moe took over an hour with me giving me options, letting me know of deals I was not aware of, as well as things to thing about in terms of getting the most value out of my AT&T account. I entered the store expecting to be satisfied with the service I was to receive and left even more satisfied than I expected to be. Thank you, to Moe in particular and to his team.

I came into this location to get some of my data transferred. I’m glad I did, Bret and Connor both were patient and willing to help. They both made my time there pleasant and both are considerate. Come to this location if you want great service.

Shout out to Alyssa at this AT&T store who gave me time out of her busy day to explain some things I was confused about on my phone! She went above and beyond for me and my lack of tech knowledge! Thank you Alyssa!

My husband needed a new cell phone and since I have dealt with the Souderton store and had a really good experience, we went there for his new phone. Mo took great care of us and took time to answer our questions. My husband needed his old phone line taken off our phone bill and Mo had that taken care of by talking to a customer service rep on the phone. All in all he went above and beyond to not only do a great job but also to satisfy both of us in our overall experience. Thank you so much Mo!

Connor is always very helpful , patient and professional.

I went in for a phone upgrade and was promptly greeted even though the staff member was working with another customer. I had a brief wait and while he was waiting for their service to go through he multitasked and was able to upgrade my phone as well. He quickly went through the process and made sure that all my questions were answered, rang me up and I was on my way. He also found the accessories that I requested without being pushy with any add-ons. Would highly recommend this store.
