JK Boots Tri-Cities

Vlad helped me choose the correct size & work boots needed for my job working in HVAC. He was very professional & friendly & also knowledgeable. I’ve always needed to wear inserts having very flat footed feet & he explained to me how this boots have the arch to help support for my feet & knees. Also let me know that they can re-sole my boots with different soles. Boots look beautiful & super comfortable. Thank you Vlad for all your help buddy.

Such amazing customer service, the product stands alone in quality, the boots could sell themselves, but the shop and the JK brand went above that. This store and the brand went to great lengths to ensure that the boots that you need and want match to your foot and expectations. These boots and customer service have WELL EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS, I have bought two pair of super duties since April. Thrilled about this company and the tricities store for the support and service.

We opted for a roadtrip to try on a pair of JK Boots and left with a pair of the nicest handmade works of art of ever had the pleasure of owning. Vlad, was an exceptional ambassador to the JK brand, he was happy to explain the different characteristics of each style as we tried them out. You were right man the most popular boot is pretty darn comfortable. Tri-Cities is a great shop with an outstanding staff!

The customer service is awesome, the showroom is no frills, displays handsome sturdy boots. Got my boots in a timely manner considering they're built by hand. The quality is world's above the others I've worn. A certain footwear and farm goods store hasn't restocked on the boots I usually buy, nor do the employees take the initiative to help their customers. So I opted for JK boots this time around, keeping well earned money local is usually my goal. Glad I could support them. The boots are comfortable, and stif,f but it's to be expected with the durable leather they use. Can't wait to give a follow up review in a couple weeks. 10/10 will buy again.

The boots are easily worth driving the three hours to Spokane to get fitted and ask questions. The added value and convenience of being able to do it all here in town and maybe even leave with a pair off the shelf just can't be overstated.

This is my second pair of JK boots. These boots are the most comfortable hand built boots on the market as I have had several different branded custom boots.

Great customer service! Showed up about half an hour before closing time, never felt rushed at all. Answered every question I had throughly, measured my feet and had me in a pair of boots very quickly. Great looking and feeling boot! Will definitely be coming back when I’m due for a new pair.

Great boots first off after wearing whites for 4 years I was ready for a change, I went in to the tri-cities store just to look and was welcomed in and ended up trying on a couple pairs and they took my sizing and saved it on file not even knowing if I was going to purchase. Fast forward a couple weeks went back in and Dave remember me and we got started in the fitting great experience one on one very thorough and placed the order I received me boots 5 weeks later and they fit amazing and look great after a month of daily wear I would say they are broke in and not one blister or pain worth every penny spent !

Can't ask for a better boot experience. Really perfect fit! Make sure you get fitted before you order your boots, they do a great job!

Caleb was great and very helpful with getting my feet sized for the boots I wanted. Everyone's sizes run a little differently so we made a detour on our christmas trip just to make sure I got the right fit on the first try and it was well worth the extra 90 minutes. Very happy they have locations outside of spokane since White's and Nick's don't have that option.

The customer service at jk boots is unmatched anywhere else, these guys love what they do, and they want to take care of those who want to purchase their boots. As a wild land firefighter I make sure that I buy quality gear that will pay its way through the season. These boots are worth their weight in gold. Awesome product and I would definitely recommend this company and their boots to any veteran firefighter and any rookie. 10 stars

I just received my first set of jk boots awesome fit little stiff but worked 10 hours in them no problem !
