Great customer service is always helpful. THE CHAD is the man. He has the knowledge of the products in the store. He is very helpful. When I changed over to vape, he knew what he was talking about and helped me make a very informed decision. Chad also helped my husband when he went in to buy a battery for his pen . If you have questions, this place will help you make a good decision and not just sell you the most expensive things.

The employees I've encountered have all been kind, and extremely helpful. Their prices are better than most places, which is obviously a bonus. I'll continue to shop there either way. I feel so comfortable there, because of how friendly everyone who works there has been to me. I have social anxiety, and going anywhere in public is a struggle for me. This is the only store that I feel so at ease going into. I don't want to shop anywhere else!
