I had the best experience I've ever had in my 34 years of life at this store last week. Felecia was the amazing associate who helped me and listened to me and found pants that fit me based on what I told her I was looking for. She told me to try 2 sizes smaller than what I was currently wearing and I thought that was crazy but when I tell you I tried those pants on and came out of the dressing room to show her - I cried! Such a beautiful human moment with a kind stranger who was supportive and encouraging. Felecia - thank you for being amazing and I can't thank you enough for what that moment meant to me. Go shop at this store and ask for Felecia!!

I had an amazing experience at LB. Going into the shop with one item in mind, but left with something total different. All because of the sale associate Felicia! She was stellar; not only was she personally and informative but funny too. She made my shopping experience truly a pleasure. Days later to my surprise I received a handwritten letter by mail I was super excited!

I go to two different locations but this is my favorite. The ladies are always so helpful and full of personality. I love the selection at this location too. It seems like they carry more than most stores. The amazing customer service is my favorite though!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several of the employees. Then given some personal attention to help find the item I was looking for. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and tried to assist me with the inventory they had, unfortunately the item I was searching for wasn't there. However, I did see some CUTE items that I plan on returning later to purchase!

Felicia at Cumberland/Acres Mill was amazing! She went above and beyond in helping me pick out an outfit. I ended up getting the green and white jump suit because she was wearing it and I loved her whole outfit. I also wanted a white cardigan and she called another store and ended up reserving it for me so I had the whole outfit I needed! I am so excited, I would have never bought this outfit without seeing it already put together.

The customer service is on point. Very clean and nicely laid out without over crowding the merchandise.

I have always been a customer for years because they always come through with meeting my needs ❤

Their promotions are great. I ended up spending a lot and buying all the bras I'll need till I die. But enjoyed bra shopping (how often can you say that as a woman?) The staff was great and helped me to find bras I never would have picked myself. It was a very good experience. I will be back, even though it is quite a drive from where I am.

The service here was amazing! It was near closing time and still very helpful and patient allowing us to shop and not feel rushed. Their bra sales are worth it. Great job ladies!

The staff was really helpful. The sales are ALWAYS worth it. I've been using Lane Bryant since I was in middle school. The service and selection has never let me down and the bras are of good quality. In not having to buy a new bra or panties every month. Love me some them. This was my 1st time at this particular location and I recieved the same level of great service that im used to. I ended up spending more than I wanted to, but I REGRET NOTHING. I was even told about upcoming sales.

I purchased several items online and when they arrived, realized they didn't fit. I decided to go to the store in order to get sized correctly before exchanging. It was the best experience! Not only was I measured correctly and new items were exchanged or re-ordered online, but I was also given a patient and thorough education on bra fitting and sizing. First of all I would like to say that Shannon the fashion associate that helped me was AWESOME! She knew all the trends, all the best ways to accessorize right down to shoes EVERYTHING! All the ladies in this location are especially friendly and helpful. I would tell anyone who wants knowledge about fashion and fun people that are happy to work with you to get EXACTLY what you need to go to this location you won't be disappointed.

Ordered the wrong size online, went into the store to exchange for a bigger size and the item wasn't available in the store. No problem!! The manager was able to refund me somehow and repurchase the same item, right size, online AND ship it to my house for free.

The employees were very knowledgeable from the get go. As soon as we entered the door, they were assisting us as customer. They were professional and very helpful the entire time we were there. The store was clean and orderly. Will shop again at this location
