Kroger

So happy to have this new addition to our area. This Kroger is beautiful and love having the gas. Still getting use to where things are but it has a nice layout, nothing is too hard to find. Getting the Kroger App helps a bunch too, first time using it but enjoyed its help finding a few items.

Love the new and improved Kroger. This location moved here from a few hundred yards over and I can tell you it’s the best thing they ever did. This is so big, love all the cheese section and bakery items. Plenty of freezer and fridge isles. It’s great. There’s a Starbucks inside as well now.

Large, clean & completely renovated. Lots of fresh produce & meats. Plenty parking available.

Super clean and updated store! Brand new with a Starbucks located inside. Lots of options and very wide aisles. Shopping is truly a pleasure here - Watch out Publix!

I was shopping for items and couldn’t find chili seasoning. Aisle 10 for those looking. Found a nice worker named Unique and his co worker Princess and they assisted me to finish my task. So grateful for their assistance and kindness. Give them 10 stars and a pay raise!

The newly opened Kroger is amazing! So lucky to have this new, clean, beautiful grocery store nearby! So big and so many novelty food items, fresh produce and bakery items! Love having the gas station to use up the fuel points as well!

This place can get crowded and the customers can be very dramatic loud and not focused on their own shopping needs.

But staff is very focused on customer service almost picking up the Publix vibe lol.

My daughter loves shopping there with her mini shopping cart or the big yellow buggy.

The other day my daughter manifested Santa and when we arrived we were not expecting to see Santa there ready to take photos. We took a few and as were were checking out the manager kindly came over and requested another photo to share online with my daughter and Santa, I kindly said yes. My daughter was so amazed that Santa was there she said mom I was just watching a Santa movie and he came to Kroger and we took pictures lol she was amazed at her manifestation. It was the cutest happening. The employees always say hello to her and she always has a great experience krogering. Happy Holidays Greatenss is ahead.

I’ve been shopping at this location for a month considering I live down the street and the staff here is always friendly, polite, welcoming, and helpful no matter what time of day it is. Whenever I need something the employees walk me to the item I’m looking for not just point. Every department I’ve came into contact with the staff is always willing to assist me even checking in the back for items that’s not on the floor.

Please keep up the good work guys !!!

Nicest Kroger there is!! Well organized and phenomenal selection!! The staff is equally amazing, especially, Adrianna, Josh, Sandra, Twanda, Tom, Isaac, Fari, and Marjorie. Customer service here is the best and the security is awesome as well.

Love this new Kroger! I shopped at the old one for the past 9 yrs. Its worth the drive past the 3 stores that are nearer to my home.
9/23-So I am still loving this new store. However, I miss most of the former employees. Everyone in the seafood dept used to be nice, helpful and pleasant. This girl Patricia today that they have there now is horrible. Doesn't look at you, I stood and waited a few mins for her to put stuff out and finally she says can I help you. Looking down at the seafood as if I were ruining her day!. She was ruining mine! I dismissed the rudeness and when I said have a nice day, she still looked like she had a nasty attitude and says "uh huh" lol. Smh. Where's the guy Sam I think that was his name..he was nice busy but acknowledged us standing in line waiting the last time I went . If I see her behind the counter the next time, I'll bypass the seafood and go to Publix. Not to mention, it was after 10 like someone else commented and the case was still empty in spots. Late is one thing..but nasty attitude too? Don't have to pay for that.

So excited that this brand new Kroger has opened up! Much improved layout and offerings compared to the predecessor.

I had to send money at the customer service counter and was helped by Kijafa. She was so patient, kind, and informative. She let me know to check my transfer limit before sending to make sure it goes through and walked me through every step I was confused on. 10/10 service. She is excellent!!

I have not had one bad experience at this Kroger. I got home one day and realized I left a bag in the cart with two items at the store and didn't have the receipt. They replaced the items without a hassle. The self checkout lines are fast and the workers are polite. In most cases, I am able to find what I need at the moment. Their sales are decent, the mobile and paper coupons are awesome, fuel points are a blessing, and the customer is always right.

Although one of the smaller, and older, Kroger stores, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Every employee I've interacted with has been pleasant, professional, and kind to me, and my family! Checkout has always been quick, pharmacy always helpful. Even the re-stocking staff have been helpful on the rare occasion that I can't find something. Because of the smaller store size, their selection can be a little limited, but they are great for staples, or quick runs for little things!

Huge new store. Great hot food options. Excited to shop here over Publix and Walmart.

Love the pharmacy. Very kind and helpful with anything you need. They make sure everything is in order with your insurance before releasing anything to you so you don't have to overpay for anything. As well as emergency bandages I needed when my stitches came undone.

Went in Kroger and decided that I wanted to write a review for them. Ever since I've start shopping at this Kroger, my outlook on the company has changed! They are so friendly here! They speak and greet you no matter how busy or what they are doing!
