Noah and Gabe are phenomenal!

I recently purchased a row machine at a different location and upon opening it, an important piece was missing. I called the manufacturer and went through a whole big hassle which led the manager at the other store to offer me a straight up exchange. They did not have any in stock and called this location, where there was one more. Gabe was kind enough to hold it for me for a day. Upon my arrival, Gabe and Noah were extremely helpful, professional and showed their genuine interest in helping me. Noah is a rockstar who didn't hesitate to assist me with getting the row machine unloaded and then loading the new one into my vehicle. Gabe apologized for the experience and I insisted that he didn't have to apologize, Big 5 showed why I'll always be loyal to them over any other sporting good stores. The people that are hired are always genuine, insightful and just down to earth. Thank you Noah and Gabe!

I wish I got the employees name, he was so so helpful! We weren't sure which size to get for cleats so the employee gave us some tips to help make the best decision. They had great prices and alot of items in stock to choose from.

I came in looking for shin guard straps but they didn't have them in stock at the time. The manager, Mark, offered to check the inventory of other Big Five stores or even call a competitor to see if they had it. I declined the very kind offer. One of the employees gave me a good solution instead. I left there feeling very satisfied and taken care of. I would highly recommend this store!

Instantly I found exactly the lightweight sleeping bag I was shopping for, and it was cheap, on sale - hassle-free score! The youthful appearing (to old Boomer me) staff I found helpful and courteous enough because all they had to do was point in the correct general direction, which they all did at once with 100% cheery grins.

I prefer stopping in here and picking up the essential items, such as knee pads, soccer gloves, jock straps, etc. They have everything you would need for your little sportster. The store is not huge, so their shoe selection does not compare to the big boxes, but you can get the mid level cleats here, it works if your kid isn't the primadonna type. If you sign up with your email, they will send you some great deals.

Slower store always nice people

I always buy my shoes here. The prices are unbeatable and they have a great, varied selection. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times.

My friend bought a ping pong table. They don't come assembled and the box is huge and heavy. Although the manager and a employee wheeled out to our car and we were not close to the store. They also lifted and put it in our van. He also bought a pair of shoes at 40% off. I browsed the store and was impressed with the wide range of sporting goods and the different selections. Nice and clean and fun to shop.

Ask for Derek, he's amazing! He offered to go to the back to look at the stock items several times. I also went in with intent to only buy shin guards and soccer cleats. Derek asked me if I needed several items that I wasn't even thinking about, that I actually needed. Will definitely be back!

Mark took his time to help me. I look for deals when I go here. Orange or red tags only for this guy! Always fun to look through the knife section, see what guns are on special, and try on sunglasses! They often have a $10 off $50 purchase coupon in ad, and join their e-team for another one. Usually better prices at walmart for the same items in fishing gear. Friendly staff, good atmosphere

Great 1 day sale to update my portable phone charger it has 2 usb,ports and qi. My old one is like a brick but the new one is lite as a feather!
