Very helpful staff. Especially Lori, who greeted me, helped me find the item that had none on the shelf, the very one I had come in for, and then opened new checkout lanes when the lines got too long. Top notch service, through and through. I will be back for my next project, whenever I figure out what it will be.

one of the very few businesses where a human answers the phone and immediately, I was looking for something and had to call all the different shops in Tucson to find it and within seconds a human answers the phone, pretty much mind-boggling in 2024 and definitely to be applauded, harbor freight is organized and on the ball

Lots of tools, and miscellaneous other items. I got insulated tumblers there for a MUCH better price than anywhere else. Crew is welcoming and friendly.

Always like to shop at harbor freight as it always has new stock and frequent sales. It's a great place to find odd and ends products and useful tools. Buy there frequently so join there members club and save more!!!

Outside of some limited or no stock on hand, I've never encountered any issues here with the staff.

Didn't make a purchase this visit, however they are always helpful and friendly. The store is organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My hubby and I make stops here often when looking for that last minute item you can't find else where.

I love this store. I love the 20-25% off coupons that are mailed to me. Free items are a coupon clippers dream come true. Generally very good quality. Always helpful staff. Great "break it and they replace it" service plan. Flags, toys, tools and gardening work items can be found. Thanks for super prices. I await my next coupon rich catalogue.

Stopped in today to grab some tools. Rohan greeted me as I walked in the door and gave me quick directions to the items I was looking for. During my checkout he continued to be fast, professional and courteous. I hope the Mgt treats him well, he makes the store a great place to shop

You can purchase a lot of reasonably priced tools and supplies here, however some are not of good quality but will help you when in a pinch. This sore is always clean and can find item relatively easy. Everyone here is very polite and do their best to help you. Love the free gifts with purchase and their 20% off coupons.

I would like to point out that the two cashiers working on this day 05-24-2021, handled a rush that must have been going on for a long time, with such efficiency, professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.

This was my first time visiting a Harbor Freight and I found everything I needed and more! The wonderful supervisor answered my questions and helped me with my purchase as I ended up in her line. I cannot state how well my experience was there and how amazing they handled the whole situation!
