We enjoy! Going to Lowe's sometimes more than home Depot simply because the air doesn't smell like sawdust all the time. It's also nice when you can compare the variety of products with another store.

Fernando made our experience amazing! We needed help and couldn’t find any employees to help, he let us know he was only a price changer but he went above and beyond to not only help us find the exact shelf we needed, he got one of those big ladder things and got a big heavy box from the top shelf for us/ opened it AND put it in our carts for us. He absolutely should be acknowledged for taking all of the extra steps! Very hard worker

Had such a good experience shopping tonight because of Rikki! He helped me compare tool sets and carried them to put side by side so I could see what differences there were. He took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, at the best deal. One of the sensors went off and he helped me take it to get shut off immediately. Directed me to customer service when I mentioned I’d probably just apply for a Lowe’s card (wish he could get credit or commission or something for it) he told me it would be easiest at customer service. The ladies there were also super helpful! I ended up saving $150 and got a full new tool set for my rzr. Then, when I was leaving Rikki was outside collecting carts and made sure I found everything and was happy with it. He’s apparently a “jack of all trades” and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond, I’m thankful for all his help!

Send like it’s our home away from home lately as new home owners. Staff is so helpful and kind. Everything is pretty easy to find. Store is always clean.

Our daughter’s refrigerator stopped working on Memorial Day…food spoiling…and we could not find a refrigerator in stock. Amanda immediately was extremely attentive and assured us she would do everything she could to assist us. She went well past above and beyond to help us locate a fridge. With the assistant of another employee, Cheryl, they searched high and low for stock with the correct dimensions and made the impossible happen. Despite the busy holiday and limited inventory, both ladies were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They are assets to the company and provided outstanding service. Truly impressed and grateful for the service and hope they receive the well-deserved recognition.

Usually has what I need. Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive.

Annabelle saw me and my daughter looking around for customer service she stopped and asked if we needed help. She directed us to exactly where our item was. When we passed by her register again she made sure we found it and checked us out quickly. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and initiative.

I ordered online a 5 gallon water bottle and a hand pump. My well is having some problems so I got a clean water source in the kitchen.
Just had to show the lockers my code on my phone and that was it.
Easy and the pump works well.

By far the best led I've ever been to. The older gentlemen working in the lights department was customer service at its best he knew I wasn't there to purchase anything but insisted I charge my phone as long as I needed and even offered cold refreshments in the lumber department thank you for being so welcoming and not rude...I couldn't begin to express my gratitude

The staff in this store was excellent. They actually helped me.. Excellent service!

They've really improved their customer service at this Lowes. They still cram too much in the middle of the main isles, which I hate, but friendly people greeting me and asking if I need anything is a good way to help me ignore if anything is out of stock and the main isles being a hamster maze.

Went in looking for paint for a home improvement project - the paint associate working this evening was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I left with exactly what I needed and was able to finish my project.
