Always stellar service and choice, but tonight Damien was working and he saved my life. Leaving out on a long trip, I did a 2nd sweep of my things. Lost my wallet!!! He found and kept my wallet safe and intact. He personally delivered it to me, even after they closed. He was especially kind courteous and considerate.
Nothing but the best. Thank you Frys.

Produce manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Butchers are top notch.

I usually use the pick-up option. Saves time, and they do a good job. If substutions are made I can approve or not via text.

Reliable Kroger grocery store. Frys has a large selection of food, pharmacy and household cleaning items.

Fry's is the only grocery store I go to. I always do the online buying with pick up and my order is always right. The employees that work here are super friendly and respectful. I will not go anywhere else. Sarah and Eric are Awesome!!

Jordan was such a help when I asked about black berries and he took the time to run to the back and grab them for me in the middle of his already occupied schedule , which was awesome

ERIC is amazing! He always gets my order right. I picked up my order this morning. No matter how many cars are there he always gets my order out to me within 2 minutes. That's unheard of! He's always pleasant to talk to, and his customer service is off the charts!!

I give this 4 stars because of Trish or Trisha, who works for Pickup. Every single time I go, my order is just as I ordered it. She's also kind and easy to talk to. I know she gets up EARLY to get orders out for the morning. The store itself would rate at a 3. I've had bad experiences, but that's the time we're living in right now. You can't expect them to have everything in stock. I've also had mostly good experiences with many times them bringing my groceries out within 1 minute of checking in.

I've been shopping at this location for over 35 years don't like that there is only one exit. In case of emergency does everyone head out one door. Seems like a safety concern?

Big shout-out to Fry's on Ina & Thornydale for hiring a kid with face tattoos, both arms sleeved, a nose ring, and about 2-3 earrings on each ear and not judging him by his looks. He's friendly, professional, very helpful and he seems like a good kid in general (Bennet). Great job, Fry's on Ina and Thornydale!! Ten stars for that location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best frys in the area. Every time I come here the selection is much better than the frys closer to me. But this morning i was on the hunt for Tomatillos which frys or safeway near me didn't have. I called ahead and the person working checked to make sure they had some. Then when I arrived Gil was overly helpful and went above and beyond. Love this location.

Consistent prices....slightly higher than WaMart. Produce and Butcher Block Grrrrreat!

My daughters and I always enjoy shopping at Fry's on Ina. The location is great, the prices on groceries and gas are excellent, and the customer service is stellar.

During our last visit, we were delighted to discover the free produce for kids stand set up by the bananas. The sign on it states that the employees at Fry's want to make it easier for parents shopping with their (growing, snack-loving) children to have healthy snack options, thus reducing the universal grocery-shopping-with-kids phenomenon of kids asking for brightly colored, at eye level junk food snacks. Thank you Fry's! The first time we saw the free fruit stand, my girls did a happy dance. Now when I say we are going grocery shopping, they immediately plan what fruit they'll choose when we arrive! On our last visit, we thanked an employee who was nearby stocking produce. He immediately offered to get my daughters a wider selection of fruit choose from, although they were pleased with their apples. He was thoughtful, and glad to hear we were so happy with the free produce.

Great place to shop that values customer service. This store is set up in a way that makes shopping easy, quick and efficient. Representative Phil went above and beyond when his coworker noticed my bottled cleaner was leaking, he jumped up and ran to get me another without even being asked. I recommend if you live in this area, this should be your grocery story.

This store is clean, staff and customers wear their masks and staff is really helpful. I guess some people can always find something negative to say as that's probably their outlook in life. I've always had a positive experience at this store.

We usually get our kids birthday cakes from their in store bakery and they always come out nice and taste good. We always hear guests say how good the cake is. This store i also like for fruit..they have better prices and selections than the stores nearest to me so i like to come here for those.

It is a very clean store, you can enjoy a fresh Starbucks of your choice and shop. We love the freshly made sushi daily. Checkout was fast, even with the big crowd of shoppers. The manager helped us check out quickly and was very nice.

Their customer service has gone downhill. During rush hour today they had only ONE register open and made it so that YOU had to self checkout in order to get out within a reasonable time. It's super inconvenient having to check out $80+ in groceries after a full day at work by yourself. The self checkout used to be a matter of convenience for people who had only a few things to buy, but has turned into a way for companies to save money on hiring a sufficient number of cashiers. If customers feel forced to use the self checkout, they should given a discount for doing a cashier's job. This never used to be an issue and it needs to be resolved. Until then I likely wont be back.

UPDATE: I went back. And they've opened more registers during the rush hour, and there are more associates available for assistance. Tis great 👌
