Apple La Encantada

I recently visited the store to check out the new Apple Vision Pro, To my surprise, instead of reserving a unit I was told that they were in stock and ready to go. I purchased a unit. The representative did an amazing and thorough job in explaining this brand new technology that many of us are still trying to digest. In the end personal vision problems kept me from truly realizing all the benefits and Incredible achievements that Apple has made in packing so much technology into a sleek and sexy new product. Although in the end the vision pro was not for me, the staff provided an easy no hassle return experience That speaks volumes to apples commitment to customer satisfaction and the endless pursuit of creating and developing technology that Transforms our lives as we know them. I believe we are early and apple has many more breakthroughs to deliver, in the meantime I am thankful for the staff at Encantada Apple store who are not only experts but understand that we are all individuals with different preferences and comfort zones. These guys are the best!

Needed a specific update on my MacBook.
Gave me fits all weekend and just didn’t want to load up the OS. Trey made quick work of it and I was finally able to access my Roland Electronic Drum Program. Everyone at the  store are top notch and the quality of service is unmatched. Thank you!

Great store! Isaiah helped us out and we got great service. Fixed my battery and got a new phone, very happy with our visit will be visiting again!

I personally was checked in quickly. Carlos was quick to help me with what I asked and didn’t try to upsell me when I bought basically the cheapest phone they have. He handled everything super well and was friendly and professional. When my toddler in her stroller was shy, he was kind and respectful of her as well.
Ironically, Apple Maps takes you to the wrong place in La Encantada to find the Apple Store, which is hilarious to me.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service up at the Apple Store it’s always packed but when you have an appointment they get you in pretty quick they were able to do a display on my iPhone 13 and that was done in like two hours and then the next time I went to Apple I brought up my MacBook Air. I have 2 and they actually traded one in for me and, I got a really good price. I just love the Apple Store and the staff as well.😁🫶🏼

Apple knows how to run an efficient Genius Bar, they are swamped with customers nearly Everytime I have visited but my appointment was held within minutes of or before the designated time and the technician was quick and efficient in addressing the issue to provide the needed information and assistance to address the help I required that couldn't be solved online or through searches. Apple knows how to run an excellent business, even if their hardware and software are expensive you rarely leave or have an unpleasant support experience .

Took my phone in for a repair that Verizon said I didn't need. Ray ran a test, said he saw the problem, set me up with a new phone and transferred everything over on the spot. He was VERY friendly and knowledgeable! Wonderful customer service! This place was VERY busy, but had plenty of friendly staff! Would defiantly recommend this store! Making an appointment before you go is wise.

Travis was great. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient when diagnosing my phone. Explained the process of fixing my phone very well and addressed all my concerns. Good job Travis. You represent Apple values very well.

This is very busy place so you must make an appointment which is simple on-line. The check in process is done immediately upon entering the store. Although I arrived early i was seen before my appointment time.

I had started having laptop battery problems around March/April. I had taken my laptop in multiple times and every single time Freddy has been able to help me. We tested out multiple solutions before having to get a new battery, because I didn’t want to have to buy a new one and he never pressured or disagreed with me. Fast forward to today. My laptop still wasn’t charging, but I am in summer classes so it is not easy for me to just be without a computer. Matthew was there helping me today. Unfortunately something else was ALSO wrong with my laptop (an unforeseen issue), and the best idea was to buy a new one. I was incredibly frustrated and upset and Matthew reassured me that this was the best solution, as the repairs now mounted to the cost of a new laptop. He explained it all to me, took his time, and did everything he could to help me. I have never had a better experience at the Apple Store than today. The customer care these two men provided me on the days I was there was phenomenal, I am forever grateful to both of them.

I’m a college student with 2 big exams coming up, and my apple pencil randomly stopped working. They were so helpful in getting it replaced and I was back to studying within 30 minutes ! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to help.

My husband and I went into this Apple Store location to have our new iPhones activated. We were greeted/helped by Josh, one of the genius experts there. Josh is amazing! He got our phones activated in record time! He’s friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel at home as well, no pressure. I suggest you ask for Josh if you need help there. He’s sure not to disappoint. Thanks for your help Josh! Wish we could give you a raise in pay as you definitely deserve one.

Kathryn was great! We traded in an Apple Watch and got a new one for my son in about 10 minutes. Simply outstanding! Highly recommend this location!

I came with a pretty hard request to fill and Darcy made short work of it! She was told it would take four hours when she took the task and she had me out the door in less than 30 minutes.

Loved the people here. They were so respectful and listened out to the issue I had. The devices are placed in a orientation that is easy to learn as soon as you arrive and look around. Tons of apple employees walking around, so if you were interested in a product, just find one of them and ask about it! The appointment system is really nice, as when you walk in, if it seems that you may need help, someone will walk up to you and will ask. Went here for a genius bar appointment and was shocked by the amazing customer service that they gave.

Had a great experience. At 10a it was super busy, but no one without help. Salesperson Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable as we troubleshooted why my MacBook would not charge. Whew it was just the charger - got a new one.

Wonderful place, friendly staff! They fixed my problem immediately. Good experience very it’s Apple and excellent service ever.

I visited this location to get a product replaced. The staff was welcoming and friendly :) I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this location again if I ever needed in-person help!

As every other Apple Store. iPhone 14 was new and Apple Watch Ultra.
