I would like to thank the manager on duty on April 9th at your store on oracle rd.
Along with the cashier and self check out clerk for being very observant and cautious about the internet scams going on.
As a customer we are open to all sorts of entities over the internet.
These three employees were able to educate me on the types of scams happening with ebay and several other cards.

First Safeway I regularly shop at and I plan on being a regular customer as long as I live near one because they mostly have everything I'm looking for and more then anything there great prices 👍👍!!!

First time at a Safeway loved it hot food section was very good and the woman at the deli was very friendly. I would up getting the seafood salad and it was WAY better then I imagined it would be will be back again.

Store and bargains are wonderful. Unfortunately some of the employees suck. For instance the elderly woman who monitors the self check. I find her quite offensive. I don't know if it is a race thing or that she is a woman and I a man. But she comes across as very rude and not a good person for her position. She should be delightful. Happy to see any regular customer. Yet I get a bad vibe from her. One day she ask me if I purchased the items in my bag, which I just scanned and paid for right in front of her. Wow so I am being accused of stealing??? Not good. I rang up my purchase right in front of her....I like the store and Safeway or Albertsons as a whole, but not being accused of something I obviously didn't do.... maybe it is time for her to retire or at the very least learn a tactful way to speak to a paying customer.

I order groceries online frequently due to my vehicle not working. I had an Uber driver deliver to the wrong address. I reached out and talked to Vickie, and she was very friendly, helpful, and made sure the groceries got delivered correctly.

Hey Big Thanks to this Safeway. I got $20 cash back and forgot to grab it. They tracked me down and called me to let me know that I forgot the $20 and returned to me. Great group. Store is very clean and the cashier was very courteous.

Safeway at Ina and Oracle is very clean and well organized. Received a rain check for an out of stock item which was nice. Self check out easy to use and staff are helpful. I download digital coupons at home which makes it easy at check out. I have tried downloading coupons in store and have poor reception for some reason. I’ve learned to download everything I’m interested in at home first. Then I open app before I get in store and have my list. The fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables, and meat and seafood departments have high quality products. The meat department cut fresh steaks to the thickness I requested which is appreciated. Good customer service.

The most friendly grocery store ever. Pleasant to ship, has e erything, good prices. A new complete grab n go meal service.

Great groceries too. Albertsons and Safeway merged. Better than ever together than separate. Love both stores and their delivery service is excellent. :)

I had the best experience checking out tonight. The cashier (Randy) was the friendliest and most helpful young man. I was very impressed with his happy attitude. I walked away thinking I have never had such a pleasant experience in a grocery store before!

Went to Starbucks this morning. The lady was so nice and accommodating. Coffee was fabulous!! She made my day!!

Very clean place, just spoke to the checkout cashier Chris, nicest guy I've ever met. Service like that you only find once in a blue moon. Thank you Chris!! Made us feel at home.

Yeah this Safeway had "all " the sale items I'm stock. Last store went to gave rain check. But still took 3 was to get.

Store was a typical grocery store. Had an in-store bakery and deli. There is also a pharmacy offering free flu shots. Also offered an in-store Starbucks. Extensive floral department. Overall nice store.

Safeway is one of the nice grocery stores. They always keep their store clean and organized and prices are pretty much relative to all grocery stores as are their selections. They have a nice floral department, and a beautiful produce section with lots of options. They renovated and updated some time ago and all of their stores that they already had are now even better.

Their staff is very well schooled. Each time I've asked for a suggestion they've come through big time. The prices are hard to beat on their alcoholic offerings. If they don't have the specific label I am seeking, they always have what proves to be an outstanding suggestion.

This is my 'go to' grocery store. Always very clean with a willing staff to help. I recently approached someone stocking shelves, asking if they had more cases of soda in the back. They willingly stopped what they were doing, went to the storeroom, and retrieved the soda I desired.

Feb., 2021, update. Safeway just completed a remodeling of the store's interior, including tearing up the old flooring and replacing with new tile. A nice project to spiffy things up a bit.

Safeway Grocery Store Is Very Clean. They Have A Great Produce And Organic Department . You Need To Try Their Deli & Bakery Department. Safeway Also Has A PHARMACY And A Very Nice Starbucks. The Staff Are Very Helpful. There Floral DEPARTMENT Is Five 🌟's. THERE IS A U.S. BANK INSIDE SAFEWAY. PLENTY OF PARKING. 05-05-2023
