The Home Depot

All Big Box stores have their shortcomings. However, this one by far has the least amount! The employees at this Home Depot actually care. They are 'managed' properly to seek out customers and ask them if they need help finding something. (Unlike most other Home Depot and Lowes stores!) Also, huge Kudos to Rachel L. in Customer Service. I had an odd plumbing request that she took time to really understand what it was I was needing, and she took notes which she presented to the Plumbing Department specialist when he arrive to work two days later. WOW! Professionalism at it's best.

EDITTED: I left the aforementioned review a few months ago. I just wanted to add that this Home Depot continues to provide excellant service. In my latest visit, I had GALE help me at the 'self checkout' area and she has got to be the most efficent checkout-person that I have seen in a long time.

I work for a contractor in Ohio and have been to many Home Depot locations to get materials. However I have never been to a Home Depot more organized with the friendliest staff like this location. The staff is so helpful and will make sure they can get you what you need.

We always have a pleasant experience at this Home Depot but felt compelled to call out a particular individual. Tonight, my boyfriend and I came here with our two year old son and had the pleasure of working with Ray in the garden center. He was not only helpful with our selections and giving advice but he also quickly made friends with our son as well. They chatted and watered plants together and it was just such a cute connection that we had to take a step back and observe. We always appreciate kindness to our toddler and Ray not only showed that but made sure our son felt seen and heard in a situation that he could have easily been over looked. Thank you, Ray. The world needs more people like you!

A shout out to Home Depot & Bruce Mott. I went in to get various length of PVC piping & connectors. Bruce looked at the sketch of what I was attemprtng make using the PVC-he took my sketch, said, I'll put everything together to make it work (some required cutting costs& frustratio ).

Joe in the Garden section was a tremendous help to me today. He has excellent customer service skills! Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee.

Yesterday, I went to my nearest HomeDepot store in Oro, Valley to see if they had the tile backsplash I needed. Months ago I purchased a single sample tile for my kitchen redo and was now ready to begin my project. I was met by Diana from the tile and flooring department. When she saw my tile, she knew right away that it was a clearance item and didn't think they had anymore. She then suggested we check online. She took her time and found it online. I was very impressed with her determination to help me find this tile that they no longer had in store. I was very happy with the help I received at this store, by not just Diana but also another employee in this same department just days earlier. Best HomeDepot experience.

When I needed help with buying the correct water filter, an associate went above & beyond to make sure it was the right one, by searching on the computer & his own phone as well. He told me to bring it back if it is the wrong one, & we'll refund, or exchange it. It was the correct one. Nice job!

We Hit Store twice today and found what we needed both times ! This store is not our usual stop but i think we may frequent it more do to its stock and service.
