Mark's Ace Hardware

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We needed a special car key made, and instead of having us come back, they made it happen. The staff are amazing and, of course, reasonably priced.

Super nice store. Super nice guy that helped me. Didn't catch his name. My bad. Love how their store brand mimics Milwaukee. Crazy.

Nice issue. Cashier was a bit short with me, but the guy who unlocked a tool took the time to ask about my project and was generally nice.

I had the key to my car snap in half and I called and talked to the assistant manager Ron who told me to come in and he'll see what he could do to help me and Ron absolutely saved my day, he was able to make a copy of my old key which was snapped in half and it worked and I didn't even have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for the outstanding service I received.

Going into this store reminds me of my Dad's old Gambles Hardware Store in Iowa. You walk in and your greeted by the first salesperson that sees you. If you have a problem they assist quickly. They always seem to have the answer and their customer service is great. I love seeing smiling workers there. My favorite hardware store in Tucson by far!

This store is always well stocked and staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people. Maren helped me at checkout today and was friendly and helpful as always

Always a good experience. Someone is always asking if you need help finding something and they go out of their way to find something that will work for you. If they do be have it they will direct you to a place that might.

Brand new Ace Hardware. Yippee! Now it's the closest one to me, and I have no need to go to the other one (which, but the way, is also great!) Many Ace Hardware stores make it very difficult to return items, Mark's is absolutely focused on customer service. I had no difficulties returning an item the other day. The Associates there are pleasant, knowledgeable, and local. All great things! Highly recommend this Ace!

I never realized how big this Ace is! Looks so small from the outside but it is huge inside!
We were there to get a sliding glass door re-screened. The woman that helped us was awesome! Very informative and helpful!
We will definitely be back, not just to get our screen door but for other things we might need.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a little bit of everything. Small place but packed with millions of different items of merchandise. They always have anything I need. A little on the expensive side but very much worth it.

Friendly staff and very helpful. We were looking for a bathtub spout. They seem pretty knowledgeable on their products and make sure you have exactly what you are looking for.

I've been shopping here for years for various home improvement and repair projects.
The staff is always VERY helpful in finding me what I need, as well as giving me recommendations on products they've used personally for their own projects to good results.

ACE is the place. They have everything and more. Our favorite store. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you can't find it at ACE, you will not find it.

Kevin was a huge help here at Ace! We came in to buy a Traeger and his knowledge about the products Ace sold is phenomenal! He helped us select the perfect smoker for our needs. His customer service is impressive. He truly is an asset to Ace Hardware!
