Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We had a really hard time selecting a paint color for the exterior of our house. The 192nd street store, especially the manager,Thomas, went above and beyond to help us. Helped us create a custom color we love. They were extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, when we had to have more tint added a couple of times to get it just right. They really wanted us to be happy with our paint experience.

Finding the perfect gray color for my room has been very difficult. However, the manager/staff made it a very pleasant experience. They were very patient and went through different color grays with me making sure the tint in the gray wasn’t too blue or brown. Overall I had a great experience at this Sherwin-Williams location and my room looks amazing!!! I will definitely be buying my next paint purchases here.

I rarely write reviews but this time I had to! I walked into the store and felt instantly welcomed by their manager Thomas. He helped me find the perfect color for my daughters room and even gave me tips on how to tape up the trim for a perfect line. The best store for so happy we have a close local store for our area, finally I know its been around for a few years now, but never got the chance to express my excitement that it is here, and here to stay!! The staff, and store manager, DAX is a real gem to work with!! Go out of there way to make sure they got you all that you need!! Sherman Williams really knows how to take care of their Custermer, not everyone is on point all the time, and in this world we are in now, i totally understand every day is not a great day, but the drive and attention to detail from Custermer to counter to mixing station to delivery you guys got it figured out!! 10 stars !!

Dax is really helpful by being willing to listen to your needs and make educated suggestions. The store is always clean and the products are top notch. For painting schemes, use their interior decorator who will make a house visit, suggest color palettes based on your interests, and leave you with a folder of information. The store keeps your information on file for use anytime.

Great customer service. They were a huge help matching the interior woodwork of our 4 year old home so we could do some touch up. This is my go to paint store.
