I had my annual furnace maintenance inspection today, Mark was the one to conduct the inspection for us today. He took his time and make sure to be very thorough so he didn’t miss anything. He completed his inspection and informed me that there is a lot of ware and tear visible explaining where he found the faults with photos as-well as where they were located. He voiced his concern about it and I agreed that it was over due for replacement of the full unit. He promptly set up a quote to be made for the following day! I’m very happy with the quickness in availability with this company! Mark was professional and humble when it came to giving me the bad news. He did a great job professionally taking care of my needs as-well as finishing the job properly by shutting off the gas to ensure the safety of my family, pets and home were priority. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a maintenance/service crew for any needs they cover. I’m always pleased with their job and quickness! They are always professional and very kind. Billy with A-temp was amazing. He is very professional and great at his job. We had to have some extra parts ordered so he got all those ordered and was right back out to our home a week later and got them all installed. I highly recommend you request Billy if you need anything he will always take good care of you and you can definitely trust his work.

Communication and setting up an appointment was streamlined and fast. They were very flexible and willing to help how they could. I called at 10 and was able to get the answers I needed by 2pm.

We are extremely pleased with the AC installation including the extras that wasn't expected. They rewrapped the insulation that was coming down. They installed a document holder on the side of the furnace. It looks really nice, clean and professional job! They did an outstanding job! Better call Saul! He's definitely recommended. Derek was amazing! and so thorough in his scheduled routine maintenance of our old furnace. We thought we might be having a problem with our new heat pump in the freezing temps, so A-TEMP sent someone out same day to check it out. The tech that came was very knowledgeable and professional and explained to us what we were hearing and why and assured us all was good. Then he showed us how to better heat the house with our thermostat. A-TEMP customer service is fantastic so far in the 7 months we’ve been using them.

Robert is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Upon arrival he immediately diagnosed the issue with the furnace and had it fixed in 20 minutes. He works very thoroughly and professionally. We have been with A-Temp for many decades and have always had wonderful service. We highly recommend A-Temp and Robert.

Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us understand how our heating/cooling system works and determined that our thermostat was not compatible with our heating system. I wish we'd had it checked a couple years ago.

Excellent communication and made sure all was understood. Great job looking over equipment to be sure all working well. Definitely felt no pressure to buy something and we were more than willing to start our plan for coverage. Definitely the person to have help you.

Tony was delightful! He assessed the issues with our furnace and patiently explained what was going on. He was also able to give the explanation in understandable and plain language. We have been in our house for 7 years and knew the furnace and AC was old when we bought the house. As it turns out the furnace is 19 years old and the AC is 30 years old. I find it astonishing that it has worked this long. Trans makes great products. We will be replacing the system with a Trane heat pump installed by A-1 Heating and cooling ASAP. We joined their Comfort Club years ago and have been very satisfied with the overall performance, integrity, and overall customer service. This week our inspection found a crack in our heating plate and they had to lock out our furnace. Within hours we met with a customer service rep at our home, looked at all our options, purchased a replacement, financed, and on the schedule for the next day. Clark and Silas are just finishing up. They have been professional, tidy and clean, but more importantly they have been fun, attentive and reliable. An unexpected, quite expensive appliance failed and they have been nothing but wonderful and patient about it.

Chad was great. A-Temp came out on a Friday, gave us options, and we were then scheduled to install a new furnace on Tuesday, quick turn around! Chad came out, installed a new furnace while I was in Mexico, left everything as it was and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Everyone we've talked to at A-Temp heating and cooling has been very informative, welcomes questions (and I'm too curious), and we never felt pressured for a second.
When AJ came to inspect our old furnace he explained and showed me with video, everything that he found. Not only was he thorough but he answered all of my questions, and explained the pros and cons of every available option. We decided since our furnace was 30 years old and not worth repairing, that it needed to be replaced.
When we were ready to pick a furnace and move forward, Peter came and showed us the available options. We had an equally positive experience with Peter. Very informative, listened attentively, made sure we knew how to get a hold of him, and we never felt pressured from him to make a decision.
