Been Costco cardholder for nearly 35 years, starting at the Airport Way Portland Costco. Lots can be said about Costco.
The business is an amazing story. Over the years I've been consistently amazed with the return policy, no one else even comes close. Prices are excellent on most items, but like every store, you can find better bargains on some items elsewhere, but its not by much. Merchandise is typically of higher quality than elsewhere. You need to consider that when comparing with other stores. BTW, check out the COST stock. Its been amazing performance, and I would recommend it as a long term investment. Yes, they are cracking down on the membership thing. I find it annoying too, but I understand its because that's their business plan. The vast majority of Costco profit is in membership, not in the product itself, which they sell at razer thin margins. Our family easily gets the annual membership fee and much more back from the 2% annual reward. They have avoided raising the membership fee, although I suspect its coming, as well as scanning the membership card when you enter the store.

Great Costco. Not overly crowded, never long waits. Smaller than some due to location fairly close to the Oregon Costco that has no sales tax. Since we are mainly buying food and small items, sales tax is not a problem.

Staff is very helpful & friendly. This wholesale store has just about everything but you have to be a member to purchase anything there. The prices are good & sometimes they even have markdowns that are not advertised so when you checkout; you have a "Great Surprise & An Even Better Price"!!!

Visited about 3:00pm on a Tuesday and Costco was manageable regarding customer volume. Great service from the employees out on the floor. They were busy straightening the shelves to make it nice for the next customer. The employees at the checkout were curt and all business. No time for being nice as by the time I left around 5:00pm there was a lot of activity. I found great deals!!

Costco is the only place that we enjoy shopping groceries and more. We wait for our Costco day. Not to mention their cake has my heart and all other products when analysed and bought right you won’t be disappointed especially tasting the samples before we buy helped us from wasting money.

Excellent customer service. I bought a vacuum a year ago from Costco LA location and returned it here today with no issues. Will only buy from Costco.

We sat down to have some pizza after shopping today. The pizza was super dry. And employee overheard us talking about it and was very friendly. She offered to replace it for us without us even having to complain. She even went and got it for us. Definitely a moment when an employee went above and beyond to make the customer happy. Big shout out to Chelsea.

Holiday shopping or grocery, Costco is nearly always the best deal around. Beef is still spendy, but you can't beat the quality. Bulk pantry items are always low prices.
I have purchased all manner of clothes here from sweats to princess dresses here. They always have the best coats for a lot lower than I have found in other stores.
Can't beat the return policy or the cheap gas either. I always grab a 5 dollar rotisserie chicken as well. Way better than other stores (the ribs are really good too). It is so worth the yearly fee. It pays for itself sometimes in the first cartload of stuff. You really do save a lot.

I absolutely love Costco. Initially, I did not see a value of shopping at a store designed for large families and wholesalers. I found top quality in the goods I purchased. The meat department has high-quality meat and seafood. The fruit department has some of the best fruit that one can purchase in the Northwest region. Take a tour. Don't wait to purchase your membership. It is worth it. Only downfalls are too many identification/membership checks. It might feel like a TSA line at the airport.

I'm from Eugene, so the setup was weird to me, but they carried all the same things as my local store! Friendly, helpful staff who always go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

I love COSTCO and this is my favorite but is getting annoying to show my card everywhere. Now to enter for customer service they ask for a card. To self check also they ask for a card I had to show my card 3 times the other day it feels like harrasing. Next time I go to the bathroom or sit to eat they'll ask for my card? Im not counting the times that I actually have to handle my card for the cashier the ones I actually have to show it.

Kelli in the bakery was so helpful and fun. She went out of her way to find the items we were looking for. Her laughable personality made us feel comfortable and made us feel welcome.

Costco always exceeds our expectations. The store have the fastest, efficient cashiers. But the parking lot has panhandlers once in a while, aporoaching us if we can spare change for showers at one time then another time a person asked us if we could spare a few dollars.

The food court crew rocked it today for my event. They came through by wrapping 250 hot dogs and having condiments ready. Shannon thank your team! And Brad was awesome in helping load my car then when in dire need due to a last minute change he scattered through the store with me and ensured I got out quickly. This Costco team is amazing and went above and beyond. The Acero Haagen Park apartment team thanks you!

We buy our toilet paper. We buy our milk there. They have goodbuyes on food and clothing. They have a good snack bar. I like getting my eyes checked and bring glasses there.

I love Costco. They have such great, unique items. This location has a nice store layout, and parking lot set up. I wasn't running into people (or carts) anytime during this trip. The food court was quick, the hot dogs were hot. There weren't too many people. The cashier's were efficient, and friendly. I enjoyed this trip. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Always good, prices and check-out. Good quality, especially meats.

Easy in and out for a big box store They have more variety of items but sizes of clothes go fast.

The customer service staff were great with membership, I love the product selection and the changes in seasonal products is fun. Checkout was faster than expected.
