This store is huge! Beautiful garden center. Nice supply of yard/lawn supplies and equipment.
Lumberyard it’s well stocked.
You can also do rentals here. I’ve rented an aerator, it did a great job.
Staff nice, self check out if you prefer.
Fun seasonal area.

Always great service, always has what I need. And if not, I'm usually not in a rush, and will wait or check the other store. For being the smallest HD around, they always seem to be busy. And if an assoc. Is just saying and greeting you, I always say Hi back. They are people too, greet them, it'll make everyone happy... doesn't hurt, they aren't there to sell you a car, it's a hardware store....✌✌.

I typically want to spend as little time as possible at HD's. My most recent visit included checking out with Cher. She was so sweet and engaging, that it turned my grumpy-pants into happy-pants. She's quite literally a wonderful ray of sunshine on an overcast day. Thank you, Cher.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Alvin who works here. He helped me find an outdoor space heater that was not easily found on the app. He even knocked $10 off for the inconvenience which was definitely not that big of an inconvenience to me. Thanks for going the extra mile man, I appreciated it!

Jeff in Tool Rentals was very helpful and friendly. He treated me with respect and kindness, and helped me know my choices which made me happy I rented from The Home Depot. It was also the only place in town where I could find a wheelbarrow to rent, as well as a ladder. Very glad I came here today.

The workers are incredibly genuine at this location. I was looking for a trash can that was marked as 'limited availability' on the website and went to customer service for help when I couldn't find it amongst the other trash cans. Tammy and Hailey helped me find a trash can that was available and matched their online price. It was close to closing so I felt bad for asking for help but they were very kind and now I have a trash can for my new apartment. Thank you!

You can’t really tell if business is awesome or terrible until something goes wrong in a transaction. It’s all in how they handle it. This Home Depot went above and beyond when something wrong.

We ordered a tiller online. When it was delivered, the drain plug had come out, and several quarts of oil leaked out. The thing was a complete mess, there was a 218lbs tiller sitting in my driveway for a week, leaking oil into the ground. It was so gross. The problems were: I didn’t have a car big enough to get it to a store, and I can’t lift 218lbs.

The online support said they would contact my local store to handle it. Turns out, they didn’t. The just put a note in the case telling the customer to bring the item back to the store.

I called the store myself, and the manager on duty at 7pm on a Friday, dropped everything, brought a truck and another associate to my house (25 minutes away), and picked this thing up for us. They literally came and got it the same day. We were so stressed, and they were super helpful and resolved the whole situation for us.

Literally the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I worked returns at a Home Depot for a couple years. I know that this is not something that usually happens. All I can say, is thank you so much Anthony. We will never shop anywhere else. This store is amazing and has a customer for life!

Just bought a dish washer. The customer service here is great! This is one of the reasons we will always shop here. Employees are everywhere and very friendly and informative. We learned about the product and features that we should have had on our old dishwasher. They also offered warranty options. Pricing is competitive. They do installation, delivery and removal for old one for $150.

Prefer home Depot over Lowe's customer service much better.

This is our go-to store. Phil is helping me get new kitchen cabinets done. Always feel welcome. Very busy place. Everyone is nice

Most home depots are fairly identical in all areas: service, cleanliness, stock, parking, etc. They seem to really have it down when it comes to consistency. This one is no exception. Great service, very clean and stocked well, easy parking.

Had great help upon entering store even though they were affiliated with store. Paint department was friendly, helpful, had great advice, even had checkstands open. I did not want to check myself out of the store.

I like the home Depot they rent tools of all types out that you can used to complete just about any job we rented out to Stand-Up Sanders and they were amazing cutting down three days of sand time to saving us time and money

Everyone heads to Home Depot for practically everything besides groceries & clothing 🤗... The staff is very helpful & very knowledgeable, always gives suggestions & other positive options to help their customers with their needs for their projects. If you need to return an item that you don't need, the staff at the customer service desk will attend to you as quickly as they can, no problem. This location is in Vancouver, WA on E. 197th AVE. I truly enjoy my DIY projects and Home Depot is my partner in accomplishing these goals.

I lost my receipt but I wanted to recognize Anna, she was doing the self check out. Me and my husband were in the store buying painting supplies. Her customer service is beyond!! I couldn't believe how helpful she was. I was being one of those late shoppers and she still gave me the best customer service I've had in while. Russ or Russell in paint was so helpful as well. I can't remember his name but he was an older Kat. He was super knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed. Thanks home depot for hiring amazing employees like these two.

I needed to transplant a cherry tomato plant and didn’t really know what I was was doing, Danita was very friendly and courteous helping me pick out soil and fertilizer.

Clean and safe store and area. Smaller than some other Home Depot stores, yet they seem to have millions of products and lots of help and info about many projects, if you need it. You can order just about anything from their online website and pick it up at the store or curbside which is handy. Friendly and knowledgeable ideas and options from many sales personnel, and help if you want it. Highly recommended.
