I wanted to let you know how refreshing it was to walk into your store and get great assistance from Becky! Especially because I had gone into the UPS store in Rincon Valley before and they were super rude. Every time I have come into your UPS the service has been excellent and every time I have gone into the Rincon Valley one I ask myself why I went in there! Keep up the great job!

Derek is a great employee there, doesn't make me feel like I am being taken advantage of as the prices to tend to be high at times when shipping items off.

No matter how busy, the staff always concentrates on the customer and quickly completes the required task. I have never had a package delivered late or damaged. John's staff is always calm and pleasant no matter what is happening around them. Several years ago I shipped three large, hand carved, wooden ship models. John's staff wrapped and shipped them across the country without any damage. I recommend John's store wholeheartedly.
