As a former owner of a small business, I understand the importance of good customer service. CVS employees have always provided great customer service! Keep up the good work!

I have been shopping at this CVS for 20 plus years. The clerks and pharmacists there now are a great group of people. They are courteous and cheerful. I don't call them so can't comment on the phone contact,but the in-store attitudes are the best. The pharmacists go out of their way to provide service at the highest level.

Just wanted to post that Debbie the store clerk, is truly wonderful and have to say how much I appreciate her fantastic customer service. Thank you, Debbie!

Great place to shop and pick up meds very nice people I give them a five star they actually deserve a 25star if if it was possible

Clean store with helpful staff.

I used to live across the street from this CVS, and loved that I could walk there to get shopping done. Now I live on the opposite end of town, and still drive to this store, rather than any of the other stores in Santa Rosa. This store is well-staffed and well-stocked. I have never had a problem finding what I need here. I am also super impressed by the selection of cruelty-free products they have available, specifically in beauty and skincare.

They have a pretty impressive array of hair dye, too. (Coming from someone who has literally dyed her hair every shade of the rainbow.)

They'll offer you vaccines and have absolutely no idea how the human body works. Much like the Drug Dealer Dr.s that send you here in the first place.

I called in a prescription and you would think you are asking for medication to be given for free. The person answering the phone sounded annoyed and rude. Phone ettiquette would be nice.

I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. They absolutely do not care about patient care at all Lyla The pharmacist Is one of the worst, nastiest, unhelpful, absolutely the worst customer service and has a complete lack of empathy. She absolutely does not care about the patients or their well-being. I am completely disgusted by the customer service I have received by her. Kayla is the only pharmacy tech that provides excellent customer service and is willing to go out of her way to help I will never use this pharmacy again! I work in healthcare, and the treatment I get at this pharmacy is beyond unacceptable.

The middle aged pharmacist with an accent was not giving good customer service to a elderly man in line before me regarding an issue that he has been dealing with for a month without a solution.
The ladies next to me started chatting about how bad their service is and the it was my turn and he was rude to me about my request for a vaccine without an appointment.
I told the pharmacist that I called before and a lady said come on down and I didn’t need an appointment. He then loudly announced to his staff “did he talk to anyone here?”
Basically, I felt like I was being called a liar. So I said I am trying to argue but can you take my appointment or should I go somewhere else. He said go ahead and go somewhere else. I was flabbergasted and left saying that his customer service sucked!

Consistently fill prescriptions that I didnt order. I've told them multiple times to STOP asking me if I want automatic refills but I still receive texts. Many mistakes are made. Long lines and I feel that the pharmacy is always short staffed. I know a few people have quit from being overworked.in addition, it turns out my complaints are one of the 6 class action suits they have against them per my research and news.

It’s amazing how rude and lazy the intake/drop-off douche is that works at this place.

I’m the only one in line, there to drop off a script and he makes me wait for about 15 mins while he makes copies and does little bits of paperwork that he could’ve finished up after he puts the script in.

And of course bc I have tattoos, I’m treated like a junkie.

I ask him how long it’s going to take.... he says he doesn’t know and that I’ll have to ask the pharmacist by getting in the pickup line (mind you, the pharmacist is standing 2 feet away from him).

He gave me flack bc the doctor on the script wasn’t in their system. I don’t f’ng know. It’s from the ER. They moonlight all over the Bay Area. He starts to argue with me over it instead of simply calling the info on the script to clear it up.

I’m sorry- did I interrupt you from doing your work??????

Meanwhile, the Pharmacist is hitting on one of the girls working at the pickup window. It’s so slimy and gross to have to overhear all this when my husband has just gotten into a serious accident and needs his meds

Extremely rude! The male who answers the phone acted as if I were bothering him by calling. Not helpful at all. CVS at Target on Santa Rosa Ave has a wonderful staff who go above and beyond
