They stayed open late for us and even gave our kids toys to play with while we shopped. Wonderful people and I'm glad they've survived the pandemic. Small factory high end shoes are true pieces of art and they're strict believers in only carrying the best.

Gregory’s customer service is excellent!! They, and especially Jon, a salesperson there, go above and beyond and the extra mile to provide me with wonderful clothing that I absolutely love and can’t find anywhere else!! I am so happy to have found Gregory’s and am thoroughly excited to keep working with them and Jon to purchase outstanding, exceptional clothing. Not only is the customer service and clothing exceptional, but the clothing is shipped to me very quickly and I receive it very soon after ordering it. I am thoroughly impressed and glad for the personalized customer service!

What can I say about Mr. Jon he is so kind, humble and what a great guy to have a connection with. Im going to tell you a lil story on how I found this amazing store. I have been trying to find this puffer jacket (orange) from Avenue George V Paris I called all over Las Vegas, no one could help me so I seen Gregory’s shop in Texas pop up I took a chance it was my last chance and call I was giving up all hope. Thank Jon, answered and you know how they say your prayers have been answered well Jon is my angel. Not only did he give me excellent customer service, but he did it with pride and kindness which as you know these days is very hard to get. He told me last Friday 12/16/22 that he would check into this for me and call me and or text me back HE DID as PROMISED. Saturday I was under the weather he said Hey KC not to worry I got you we will touch base on Sunday when you feel better again, he did. Not only did we get my husband's puffer ordered he has a new friend (ME)
It takes a special person like Mr. Jon to go out of his way and help out someone that has no clue what she is doing. He guided me through the easiest process, but he did it with humbleness. I want to send out a SHOUT out you regarding his performance in this transaction. Jon went beyond and above for me He rocks.

So, people you write hateful reviews: Please remember folks are only human. Things happen!! A little kindness goes a long way in life. Key word is life maybe things happen don't judge there is always a solution. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY. Love and Peace

Not sure why there're so many negative comments regarding customer service. For me, this was one of the best shopping experiences. I've been to the store twice recently and both times I received amazing customer service! The lady who helped me, Mary, is the nicest and the sweetest girl. She approached me when I walked in, offered help and was the most helpful when I was trying to make a decision regarding certain pairs of shoes. She helped with fitting and was very patient and made very good suggestions. Other associates asked me if I was being helped when Mary went to the back to grab me a size. Everyone there is so welcoming and not stalked up like they are at other high end stores, such as Neimans for example. When I called the store and asked to speak with Mary regarding another pair of shoes that I liked, she was not there, but the lady I spoke with was very nice and took the message and I received a prompt follow up call. For example, when I shopped at Louis Vuitton store, the associate never called me back to followed up with me, letting me know that my handbag arrived. So I am very pleased with my experience with Gregory's store and the service I received there. Not to mention, their clothing and shoes are absolutely beautiful and so very different. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to shop in Dallas. Truly unique items you can’t find anywhere else. Owners do a great job of finding gems from all over the world. Salespeople go out of their way to help you find something that works for you. You can find both that splashy wow piece as well as more subdued basics that are cut just right. They currently have great reversible jeans that are a must for travel!

We have been shopping our entire lives and never found such exceptional customer service. I don’t normally leave reviews, however every time we come to this store they treat me like the only customer in the place, and I have noticed they do the same for each and every other customer. I work in the customer service Industry and so I really appreciate their efforts and hard work.

Have been a customer for more than ten years, and their customer service is world class. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff, and have ushered into the market a host of World-class designer brands that have become household names.

Omg the salespeople are so nice. The items are one of a kind and so unique. They are so stylish. The furs are simply divine. They were out of my price range but i truly recommend this place to people who have an unique style!

I came in and met the actual owner. She was extremely helpful and suggested great outfits and shoes to me. I loved what I got from there and they are unique and special store! I will definitely be back.

Top notch customer service, excellent up-to-date selection, immaculate store, and reasonable prices. This Gregory's is the only reason I visit the North Park area, and I'm excited to go every time.
