Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE today from store manager Joe and his friendly helpful professional team, Mike and Willy.
I had a difficult packaging situation, and they were eager to find a solution and didn’t give up until they did! I had had a very challenging morning, and these guys made my day. Very impressive with their “go the extra mile service”.

I’ve been using this store for years and they’re consistently so friendly and helpful. From shipping to notary services, they’re the best—every staff member is reliably great. Way better than the FedEx down the street, too.

This store helped me out with a last minute package I needed for my wedding out of state. Because the package was sent to a hotel, Joe took the time to personally call me to ensure I received the package in CO when he saw it was delivered. They really saved the day. I won't go anywhere else besides this UPS store. Very knowledgeable and helpful

UPS stands by their word and delivery is timely. The customer service at my location is stellar. Friendly, professional, and caring.

I was walking in with a large box and a stroller, clearly struggling haha and the two associates jumped up, ran to the door, grabbed my box, scanned my label, and I was out the door in 30 seconds. Amazing customer service, so so grateful for their help!!

Joe is the nicest, most helpful UPS store associate I’ve ever dealt with, even managing to assist multiple customers simultaneously with ease and a smile.

First off- Your employee "Jarrod" is just awesome! 😌👍 Best customer service experience out of all of them. He was the only one at 2 cash registers and he knocked out a line of people, all while preparing my shipment. Quick and efficient 👌

The customer service here is wonderful. Joe did a great job motorizing my paperwork and providing helpful tips on becoming a successful notary.

This location is approximately an hour from my home, but it is worth coming here because they make you feel welcome as a customer.

Ok let me just say the younger blonde dude that was working at noon on this Sunday has 12/10 customer service skills. He was one of the nicest, most well spoken, and helpful people I’ve come across maybe ever. I don’t know his story or situation but if you ask me, he deserves a raise or a promotion asap. If you need to go to UPS, go when this dude is working (unfortunately I did not get his name).

Horrible customer service with very slow line. The worker spent more time talking with customers more than finished their need!

Excellent customer service today by Joe! Not only did he mail my return, he assisted me by helping me package another return with spare boxes. If that isn’t service I don’t know what is! I’ve never had to wait long at this store and have always been quickly assisted. Will continue to use this location for my shipping needs!

Joe and Amy made my weekend. I showed up 30 minutes after they closed and locked the door to go home for the weekend. I ran up and they asked if I still wanted to drop off my package. They unlocked the door and brought it in. They both went over and beyond!

I think the customer service is excellent. The people that are complaining I think just aren’t accustomed to dealing with a diversity of personalities. The guy that is always there when I come in is straightforward and efficient. I appreciate that much more than a fake smile. Going to UPS is not a date—I don’t need the staff to flirt with me or woo me. In fact, I enjoy witnessing the discomfort of the pearl clutchers when they aren’t catered to like royalty. The bad reviews might have something to do with the location’s proximity to the Park Cities.

The guy sometime is helpful sometime not , and the girl is always helpful. I bring in a big piece of return for Amazon and unfortunately the system was down. So I took a Uber for $35 just to return items and the guy keep telling me no, but the girl was kind enough to help. So I end up waiting at the Starbucks for the system to be up. The shop sometime smells a very strong cigarette and weed. Maybe they are too stressful to work there. But this is the nearly UPS store for me. I hope they don’t closed down for bad review.

Update: If you drop your USPS package here, please login to USPS system and schedule a pickup here, they will come quickly. If not sometime it will wait extra 3 more days for the USPS to pickup.

This location has best employees by far! So nice. There is a guy on sundays that is always nice and today Jarrod helped me.

I had to return a big equipment without a box with only a reference number from the vendor. Julian and team were very helful and quickly navigate the complexity of this shipment. Thank you!
