I was astounded by the five star customer service throughout the whole buying process. Twice, because I needed to make a return when I searched for the wrong part number online and discover this store. You will find high quality instruments and receive excellent service shopping SamAsh in person and online. Cannot recommend them enough!

Sam Ash, especially this location, is consistently the best of the best. I bought a short scale bass from them about a year ago, just recently got into slap bass. They took a look at my setup, verified that it's perfect for slap bass, spent 15 minutes of their time teaching me how to slap / helping correct my technique. This is the only location that I've found where the people here also know how to change out violin strings as well - and their guitars are truly top notch. I also have tested out at least 25 of their keyboards and wow, I was impressed, it's way better than my 80's korg lol

In summary, people here are extremely kind, helping you find exactly the right instrument for you, and out of the 6 years going to this location (and 10-15 years going to Sam Ash in general), they'll give you an incredible, unparalleled, customer experience!

This place is great. Helpful staff, wide selection of products, good location.
Much better than the Guitar Center near it. If you're into music, this place is a def "must visit".

Matt Hopson, sales was a big help with picking out a light, portable keyboard. He also communicated well by sending a follow-up email with shipping status. Keyboard arrived as expected and package was not damaged. We will shop at Sam Ash more often.

Had my daughter’s guitar serviced today. The team was great. Christian, the guitar tech was great to work with. Will definitely return in future for servicing/purchasing instruments.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with Sam Ash Music in Dallas, TX. I bought a Samson SE10 in 2019 and it lasted until November 2023. Brett looked up my account and the record of sales was on file. In the previous four years, I had worn out two Countryman mics. The Samson outlasted the manufacturer’s and the extended warranty. Brett was able to set me up with an upgrade Samson which is doing a great job.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. Joe knew his stuff about the bass I was buying my kids. Phil went out of his way to grab a piece of a demo mic stand to fix one I had bought there last year. I’ve purchased 4 guitars here (among many other things) and the experience has always been top notch…they make the staff at Guitar Center look like amateurs.

Granddaughter has loved her violin classes at Sam Ash, Dallas, so much, that her sister decided to begin guitar lessons. The staff and all their instructors are wonderful to work with.

I love going to Sam Ash for my stringed instrument repairs. James is very knowledgeable and works fast to get my string babies back to me. Latest restring was my Italian mandolin. With Sam Ash's help I can now begin my mandolin journey!

I was immediately offered assistance and directedv to a knowledgeable salesman who went to the trouble of unpacking the instrument (piano keyboard) and st it up for a demo & alloeing me to try it. He suggested useful accessories. All-in-all this experience of buying something unfamiliar to me, was “as good as it gets!”🤠👍
