Three words: Outstanding Customer Service. I bought a non-Nintendo branded controller from Gamestop, and the darn thing wouldn't keep it's connection with my Switch. Shalana attested to the fact that she has seen this problem before with the specific brand and processed the return quickly and with a friendly smile. I will shop here again and spend more money at Gamestop because of this great experience! Great customer service is so difficult to find these days.

The place is wonderfully organized! Has some room to move around in while looking at all the games and merch they have for sale. The staff attending me were also very sociable and helpful! We talked about a lot of things while I was there and made my expierence fun! Would totally come back here again.

This is my fave GameStop! The customer service here is amazing! Nathan is always very patient with me and throughly answers all my questions and makes sure I completely understand. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and games they have there. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling confident about my purchases!!!

I loved this place mostly because of Tyler 😍😍😍. I'm a noob and she's not. She helped me pick 6 used games . And she is beautiful too so there's that. I just got a refurb PS4 at Best Buy but they only had like 7 games to pick from. So game stop is a winner I will be back to get a buddy controller.
