Walking into Bath & Body Works is like entering a fragrant wonderland. The shelves are lined with vibrant bottles and candles, each scent vying for attention. The moment you pick up a product, you're transported by the aroma—whether it's sweet vanilla or fresh lavender. The staff is friendly, offering samples and helping to navigate the sea of scents. It's not just shopping; it's a sensory adventure.

This store can be dangerous only because you think you end up buying 3 items but instead you out with 3 bags. Their products are good and I like how they keep everything visible and stocked.

This place offers lots of sakles every now & then. Good to buy when giving gifts to several people or give-a-ways after travelling, & visiting family, co-workers, etc

The store is stocked neatly, and the presentation is better than I expected. I can see why my mom loves shopping here. Plus, the staff is super friendly. There was a young lady at the front giving us a warm welcome and explaining the sale that they currently have going on.

They had a nice two day sell going on for $6.50 each. I order mines online and it was ready the next day.

Great value, especially during the sales

They had the scents I want and more! This location offers a wide selection of candles, room sprays, sanitizers, soaps, and body care. The check-out line was thoughtfully created to ease the traffic load. Additionally, the cashiers were readily available to check customers out. We see no issues with this location, and we’re pleased to have found just what we came for.

Manager and associates were efficient at North Park Malll. They took care of me and got me and out of the store in rapid time. Manager and all associates were professional and very pleasant to me during my visit.

I will continue shopping at B&B I pray as long as masks are mandated. Social distancing was not what I had hoped for though, so for manager to assist me to get me out of the store quickly made me feel better.

The staff are the best part of my experience. The lady at the door was very helpful and she gave me hand sanitizer before I entered. I'm not sure the capacity limit but the store was busy with room to main 6 feet.
Their candles are so strong, which I love. I can burn them for hours and still get a full scent.
A lot of their candel scents come in defusers and they have cute plug ins that aren't too expensive.
I was helped by a very friendly staffer who found exactly what I was looking for, and the rest of the staff were awesome. They were friendly and cheery to me.
I would give staff 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, and communication.

This place has very good customer service. I was buying a product and they gave me a coupon to use and helped me save money. I would certainly recommend this place if you are looking for items for your home. They can help you find just about anything you need.

Found everything we needed and of course, enjoyed the great smells of the store. Was a weekend so was busy. Overall everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great sales great fragrances and a very positive friendly staff.

There is almost always a sale and testers for almost everything. One of the staff helped me find the perfect gift which I had not seen before and when it was shown it was almost as if they knew who was getting the gift.

Love their sales. Buy 1, get 1 free candles and $3.95 concentrated room sprays. They've implemented good social distancing guidelines for customers and their team.

This place is a scent wonderland. They have candles,lotion,soap,bathbombs,perfume, sets etc. Every scent smells significantly different from the next which is a good thing. Thumbs up to the staff that keep the store picked up. Nice job!!

This was the first time I went into the Northpark location and everyone was super friendly! Julien was a great help at the register and Alexis answered all my questions as well as introduced the new fragrance. However, everyone working was great even if I didn't get all their names.

Very nice employees they helped me find everything I needed and the cashier made sure I saved every bit of money with as much things as possible! I even called like 20 minutes before they opened and the lady answered my questions, she even walked through the store to make sure they had a certain product I wanted in. Amazing Customer Service!

Always loved Bath and Body works. I always shop their products and they seem to actually take time to train their staff. Always polite, welcoming and well informed on their products. I always feel like a kid in a candy shop when I'm here

The Into the Night scent is one of my favorites. Staff is friendly and helpful to what u r looking for.

I love this store! It is clean and well organized. The staff is immensely helpful and always on hand. They have amazing sales constantly, and excellent suggestions if you need help.
