I might be 43 years old but the 90’s revival style clothes here make me look 20 years…funner. Haha, seriously cool fashions used for stage wear and photo shoots for my band. We have had a blast all going to UO together for *is it rehearsal or OMG is it really actually instead shopping day?!?!!*

I’ll be honest I hadn’t shopped here in awhile. I saw some of there new stuff thought it looked cute and made a purchase. Unfortunately the chain of the top (which kept the back together) was already a little broken I just didn’t notice when I bought it. The top snapped when I was out.

Brought it back and asked for an exchange and explained the situation. The woman at the desk was so understanding and nice. No hassle! Let me get a new top and made a quick change. Appreciated it so much. Customer service like this is what makes me want to continually support a company.

I came in today and got the cutest romper dress. It was the last one on the mannequin, a green one. Two workers helped me get it off the mannequin. Anyways, one guy there that helped me out, he was in a black and white outfit and super cute working towards the front folding some clothes. Would love his socials, super long shot here but I’ll take it LOL

I came here on November 1, 2019 and one of the employees gave me a really good compliment about my new haircut and I think about it a lot so I wanted to leave a nice review. I don’t know her name but she had dark hair and was in the dressing room. <3

The atmosphere here is amazing!! Just the overall vibe of the place makes my eye draw toward the entire store!!!!!

I love this store, It is one of my favorites. Not only are their Clothes adorable, they have awesome decor, books, jewelry, purses, and other unique stuff. I recommend going to urban. You won't be disappointed. A+ Store.

I have always enjoyed coming to this place! I have scored some seriously awesome shoes and apparel and countless household items and music related items. Catch the place during a good sale and you can score even more...some things for really really great prices (Gudetama Instax for $49!!!!). There is something for everyone in an Urban Outfitters. I always enjoy shopping there and will continue to do so.

It has a small guy section compared to the one used to in San Francisco, but it was clean and your typical UO. I think the day I went the AC was out because it was hot.
