Was helped right away and i do feel the person who helped me was trying to get me the best deal possible. Friendly faces, nice people, made it a quick and easy experience!

Our AT&T Rep, “Q,” provided exceptional service in explaining our warranty, replacing a screen protector, and finalizing our trade in. Service was timely, our rep was very personable, and the shared knowledge was much appreciated. Will definitely be back again to this location!

I was having a terrible time just trying to change my address with at&t. Tried on-line and by phone. After 2 hours and 2 disconnects I gave up. Went to local store in Baldwinsville NY. Jasper was there even after posted closing time. He finished with some clients and then proceeded to take care of me. This young man is probably the reason I will stay with AT&T. So friendly and polite. He is a great asset. Thank you Jasper!!!

Dominique was the rep who assisted me in store. My issue stemmed from an over-the-phone order and it did not allow her to fix it in the store. She stayed with me every step of the way calling 611 and provided excellent customer service and would not quit until my issue was resolved. I am extremely grateful for Dominique's no-quit attitude! We recently upgraded 2 lines at the Baldwinsville store. Jasper was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Don’t think we’d have pulled the trigger at this time if it wasn’t for Jasper’s easy going demeanor.

This is a charming AT&T location! I came in to inquire and make a purchase. Kristen & Christopher treated my son and I with world class service. They handled all my incoming barrage of questions regarding business needs such as their “fleet” service (which I can’t wait to discuss!) and they have a very clean and well organized store. The parking was convenient and it’s really nestled into the perfect spot! I’d recommend visiting AT&T in Baldwinsville and go see Kristen or Christopher! Thank you!

I have been an AT&T customer for 12+ years and have always used this store. From bill payments, to tech questions, to new phone purchases this is the spot. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It can get busy at times though, that's for sure!

Went to ATT Bville 7/6/21 to upgrade my iPhone 7+ and Delaney and Eric made my experience a breeze.
