The pharmacists helped me in an emergency with 15 min until they closed. They were so tired but still very friendly and helpful! 12/7/23.

Always met with courtesy and helpfulness. Pharmacy and clerks are very nice.

I went here tonight and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help by this employee named Robb which was nice. I really didnt think anything of it until he checked me out. He completely made my night! Robb has a great personality. He was super nice, very helpful, and overall just had a great attitude. Which made my experience at this location a memorable one. 10/10 for Robb!! 😅

I came for my flu shot at 5:00 in the afternoon. The pharmacy was extremely busy but the workers were very efficient and tremendously nice to each of their customers. The lines inside and also in the drive thru were steady the entire time I was there, but flowed quickly and smoothly. Such a pleasant experience!

I was just standing in line waiting to check out and Bryson Thomas happened to be the cashier tonight. There was a very elderly woman in front of me who could hardly hear. He asked her once "Did you find everything that you were looking for"? She didn't hear him.... A few moments later he asked her again... She didn't hear him again... And then a few moments later I heard him ask for a third time..... She finally responded Yes I did. Had a very hard time hearing her balance when she was rung up as well. He told her 3 or 4 times what it was and she still gave him the wrong amount, he ended up giving her back the change that was extra and it was only then that she realized she overpaid, he explained to her again it was only $24 and change, and not the amount that she had given him. As a manager myself he is the modicum of professionalism and a master of customer service. He maintained a professional manner, as well as a smile on his face and did not at any point get frustrated that he had to keep repeating himself because clearly it was very important to him that she heard and understood everything that he was saying to her. But him having to repeat himself so many times showed me that he really cared that she heard everything that he said. If he worked for me he would be an asset to my company. I certainly hope he is recognized for this because he is definitely an asset to your company. Employees like this are definitely hard to find. Please forward this to the corporate office he deserves to be recognized. Thank you Bryson for making a difference.

Completely understandable, people call most in the evening, but I spent 11 minutes on hold to speak to a pharmacist about something with my 11 month old daughter... once answered, the call was disconnected shortly after my introduction on who I was and why I called. I was slightly overwhelmed due to the worry with my baby and her crying and decided I couldn't wait 11 minutes again and then THE PHONE RANG. Heidi, I think was the name, looked me up and called me back and was so sweet and helpful. I never expected them to try to get back in touch with me especially at a busy time. She was such a blessing and answered prayer. Very pleased with the staff at this pharmacy. Exceed expectations and went above and beyond there specific job.

Just took updated Covid booster. Pharmacist gave a painless injection. Marissa was so efficient and nice checking my husband and me in.
