If I could give Adam and his team more than 5 stars I would.
With in a week they had negotiated with our after market warranty company and got our transmission in and out with in two days. Great work on all ends. Adam working with the warranty company and the tech working well with our car and the transmissions. Tires and alignment all done as well. These are the people who tried their hardest to find such an obscure random noise that was plaguing us since we bought the thing at Team Chevy. The tech managed to find out it was a piece of foam missing underneath some wind flap under our car. To me that was amazing in itself. Probably more amazing than replacing a transmission in a day. So far my husband and I have zero negative interactions with Nissan. We are absolutely pleased we are able to handle all car services there rather than at Team where we bought the car. The service department are absolutely the best I have seen. They are very kind to our spirited 3 year old who enjoys running around their service bay. She is no stranger to dealerships. Her daddy used to work at them. The service department has been very kind and generous to us in both our transactions with them so far. Thank you all for your heard work.

Great job! The service representative was excellent and kept me informed. Waiting area was pleasant today because there were a lot of nice folks out there! - Reason for 8 out of 10 score is your pricing is a bit expensive. Can't recommend to folks on a strict budget. I am willing and able to pay the difference to get Nissan quality maintenance. BTW: I Love my Rogue! Keep up the good work!

The overall experience from start to finish would be 5 stars across the board. From Wendy answering my initial questions, to David being an absolutely perfect salesman, answering questions and working with my wife and I from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle. All the way to the top, helping us get the best possible deal. We never felt as though we were being pushed around, and everyone made it feel like you were with friends instead of workers. Would highly recommend and work with all of them again.

I have bought two Nissan Rouges from them and I could not have had two better experience both times. The guys that work there are awesome. They make you feel like you’re important. I purchased my 2021 Q50 at Ben Mynatt just before Christmas. David Humpal was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was kind and courteous. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience before. I plan to drive the extra miles to get my vehicle serviced at this location because of the high level customer service provided here.

I bought my 3rd Nissan from Ben Mynatt yesterday. Miguel was very courteous, Knowledgeable and professional through out the process. He took the time to show us all the features and answered all our questions. I have to say yesterdays’s experience was the easiest car buying experience I have had to date. My husband visited the dealer earlier that day. He then came home and brought me to the dealer. I really thought I would arrive there and feel so pressured to get a car, that I back out and get anything. Well my experience was totally opposite. There was no pressure they made me feel like what ever decision I made would be fine with them. The agent allowed me to test drive so many and was so chill that I felt no pressure at all. I don’t think we will ever buy from another dealer.

Ben Mynatt began work on my vehicle immediately after arriving. The service department repaired my vehicle quickly and the body shop evaluated, and tested my vehicle to make sure the damage would not happen again. Both service departments explained how best to prevent further issues and were patient as my insurance company settled the claim.

Van went above and beyond to meet my needs and made the buying process a breeze. Miguel was extremely attentive the moment I arrived at the dealership to the moment I left. Would highly recommend these guys

I was in a really tough situation and Dewayne helped me out. He was so patient, honest, understanding, and non judgmental. Then once I was in the financial office Van was very welcoming and helped me smile through a stressful process. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone who is looking for a car! We had a minor concern that was driving us nuts! The team, especially Adam, took the extra time needed to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. The tech does phenomenal work and refused to complete any repairs until he was 100% certain it would fix our issue. A lot can be said for that kind of honesty given the poor ethics common in the industry. They are reasonably priced and go the extra mile. Thanks again Adam!

Very nice salesmen by the name of Harrison helped me through this whole journey. Everyone from the salesmen to the finance department were very honest and upfront. I will definitely be back in the future! I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this company.
