Big Lots

Store has a variety of things to choose from you're sure to find something you like from food to furniture....I was looking for a healthy snack a friend said they had some good alternatives to chips and crackers...picked up some Harvest Snaps which are snacks made from vegetables....I got the black bean snacks and the lentil snacks they also had snacks made with peas and green beans....they were not too bad 😋

I normally shop the Albemarle Big Lots. The Concord store has much nicer things and is more orderly. The fall decoration section has some lovely table cloths and arragements. I loved this store!

The workers are friendly & some of them greet u when u walk into the store.
They also help u when help is needed. They are also friendly at the checkout counters & u get a discount if u have your Big lots card or u just give them ur phone number & they pretty much have u in their system. 😁😁

There was a offer on toys and the staff was really helpful while billing and was patient till we completed even though it was closing time

We needed to return an item we purchased online. The store was so clean and organized! We ended up purchasing new Christmas and Halloween decorations. Noelle was so kind and helpful!

Hands down this Big Lots is wonderful. SCOTT was the most amazing associate i can ran across in a long time. I needed some lamps for my home and Scott customer service went way above 5 star rating more like a 15. In short a got 4 floor lamps and got a GREAT deal. I will continue to shop BIG LOTS due to the superior service i get here. PS Scott needs a raise too😉

This is my favorite Big Lots. Clean, well organized, shelves stocked well, very friendly and helpful staff, and clean restrooms. It's not the closest to me, just the one I choose to use.

This location is clean and organized most of the time. It's a good place if you are just starting out on your own, if you don't like Walmart. Prices are fare.

Service dept is great. Honest and pretty fast . they've never triad to upsell me anything and have actually told me I didn't need some things done I thought did. They explain all issues if you ask .

The Concord Store looks amazing since their remodel. It is so clean and organized. Such a much better layout. It looks so spacious and not crowded at all. You can actually see the merchandise on the shelves because it's not scattered everywhere.

Great store, well stock its worth the drive to get the items you need. Manager was very nice n she stated she is committed to keeping the store well stocked.

Great customer service. I brought a sectional from here in March that had a defect with the springs and it fell to floor the manager Scott was very helpful and courteous he made sure I had a replacement next day no hassle at all. I appreciate that

I had stopped going to the Big Lots on Hwy 29 in Concord NC because the store was dirty, disorganized and items that looked cheap.
Decided to go there today just because it was in the same area where I met a friend for brunch. I was shocked to see a beautiful and remodeled Big Lots. Spotless, well stocked, trendy colors and stylish accessories in linens, housewares and home decor. Aisles had overhead signage identifying what was in the aisle. If you've not been to this Big Lots lately, it's time to give them another chance. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic service! Dustin helped us load our love seat into the truck and was the friendliest retail associate we've had the pleasure of working with in a long time. The staff here is always friendly and courteous and are a big reason we will continue to shop here.

Excellent customer service even though the store was packed. The line to checkout was about 25 people but they had every cash registers open, very fast so it was a short wait. Awesome job Big Lots!

Great experience with this store. A huge thank you to Mr. Robert in the furniture department! He made our trip the easiest and smoothest transaction we've had at any Big Lots. This store is a little bit out of the way from our house but we will definitely be frequenting it much more.

Big lots is so much nicer than the last time I was here (like 6 months ago). They have much more nice furniture, accessories and housewares. The food aisles were neat and had lots of variety. I found many of the items I needed from the grocery store.

Nicely remodeled store. Clean and well organized. It does seem like someone the prices might be a tiny bit higher than before the remodel. Still significantly less expensive than any other store, though -- great deals!

Came in with my husband today, to purchase some twin size mattresses, a queen bed and a few other things for our grandchildren's bedroom. The associates in the furniture department were extremely busy with other customers, phone calls and employees yet handled it perfectly. Olga was the woman who assisted us with our purchases and was so patient, knowledgeable and had the best customer service. Definitely a representation of what an awesome retail associate should be. Friendly, fast and a great multitasker. Thanks Olga, for making our shopping experience such a pleasant one.
