Food Lion

I used to live in Concord, and this is still, by far, my favorite Food Lion. From my experience, they tend to be well stocked, additionally, most of the trips there, they had some meat marked down which was awesome! The employees are generally friendly and helpful if you need help getting stuff down from the higher shelves. I like stopping by when I'm in that area.

This is one of my favorite Food Lions. Everyone is usually very nice and courteous! And the shelves are always stocked! To the wonderful ones thanks for all you do!

Love how they always add new things to the shelves! Definitely makes me excited and of course I try them! Sweet Managers and Sweetest Staff Members. This is a lovely place. Be sure to give them the kindest side of you when you go.

This is the best grocery store I’ve found!! Wow!! Super clean and the staff make you feel like family!! But the reason I come back, is definitely because of employees you have like Jessica and Nicolas always smiling and very customer-attentive!! Way to go Cabarrus Ave!!

A very nice place to shop. The staff is hardworking and you never see a staff member who is not slacking off. The cashiers are very friendly and you can take your time when it comes to using your coupons. The staff is very helpful too, don't be afraid to ask for help if you need to find a product. The bathrooms are also well kept. I think masks are offered at the entrance. Also there is only one entrance and one exit.

I used this Food Lion for catering the dessert at my office party, and I was so impressed. The dessert was delicious and the packaging made it stand out. I not only received my dessert, but they supplied utensils and plates, and the whole thing was in a reusable cardboard container that was super sturdy—which is needed when your unloading food from your car. I will use their catering services again.

Helpful. Friendly. Courteous customer service. I asked one of the managers when they would get more milk since everyone panicked during the snow blizzard we did not have. He asked what kind I needed and went in the back and found a gallon. Thank you ❤

Experienced a very awesome meat manager he helped me with getting some ribs. It was very good quality and he was very good at his job.

My local Food Lion, I'm very impressed with the way they've stepped their customer service up recently. I'm finally used to the changes they've made and can find things again but while I was still trying to find my way around after the remodel, there was always someone around to gladly help if I was lost trying to find something. They offer to put my groceries in my vehicle almost every time I'm here these days. I love taking advantage of their sales. Several people here know me by name, and I know theirs too, which is always nice. I also love their new little kid carts. My daughter always looks forward to shopping with me here.

The best grocery store for us! Pleasant and helpful employees! They don't get upset when I'm grabbing a few items right before closing time!

I really liked the store. It was clean and I found what I needed at an affordable price. The checkout person, Lisa, could have smiled. I know everyone has a bad day, but when your in front of clients, smiling is important. Just a suggestion.

I stopped by Food Lion in Concord to pickup a few things . The store was not that busy when I was there. There were no long lines at the check out at this time I was quickly able to find the items that I needed and get checked out. The store was very clean and organized and the check out clerk was very friendly and nice.

Store was quite busy, but being a holiday weekend that was to be expected. Yet, the shelves were stocked and we found everything we were looking for, and then some. Cashier was super friendly and warm. Quite refreshing actually.

Clean and busy. Its always interesting seeing how different the stock is at the different food lion stores. This one has a million salad dressings.

Food Lion is a great place to shop for your groceries. I find their prices to be much better than other places. The store is always clean and the staff are very nice and always willing to help!
