I was in the market for a new vehicle and started inquiring about some online with a few different dealerships. Sheryl was by far the best sales associate compared to the other dealerships. I told her it would be a few weeks before I was able to go to any dealership to look around and she was very patient and understanding with me. She wasn't pushy like the other dealerships and she kept me updated on the vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with kindness and my husband and I got to work with Brittany. She was absolutely amazing. She was patient and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. We found the perfect vehicle! (I'll give credit to Sheryl for that since she put a car she thought I'd like to the side which was the car I ended up getting)
Brittany was probably the best sales associate I've ever met, she was wonderful to talk to while we were waiting throughout the process.

Chris Gurley service attendant also shop supervisor George. They handled a small but important problem to me. Kia Sorento has a large pan that you have to take off each oil change. I noticed some bolts messing after they did the work. I look underneath my car every time I get something done because this has been a problem that other oil change places. Because there's about 10 screws sometimes screws get misplaced. I think Kia should have designed a place for the oil to be changed without taking this pan off. However Chris and George handled it very well. I am probably not the first to have problems. Randy Marion Kia did good on their workmanship. Take it from a 30-year honorable discharge vet you can count on Randy Marion Kia for all automobile service needs.

Coming from someone who does not enjoy the car buying experience.. working with the folks at Randy Marion Kia was a welcome relief. Sheryl and Charles were particularly awesome, and the entire process was smooth, hassle free, and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Jimmy was an exceptional salesman. He listened to my needs and wants for a vehicle. He was able to help me with my current lease when all other dealerships were not willing to listen to me.
