They had shower and tub enclosures in-stock - great for my last minute remodel! Staff was helpful and even helped load it into my pickup.

The experience was fine. The staff was helpful. I just wish they had more inventory in store stock. Don't know why they have a microwave oven that's on sale, but then they don't have it in stock and you have to wait a week for it to be shipped to you. It would have been nice to take it with me because I have one that's not working.

I was waited on by Rhonda. She was punctional, respectful, and kind. She was courteous an made sure I hot all I need. Its good to come to a place like Lowe's to get what you need and leave feeling that they really like you and would love to have you to come back.

I went to get some replacement outlets and I didn't know the difference between they different types. Luckily Thomas and employeed stopped by to ask if I need assistance. He explained the difference and made recommendations. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Thomas!!

I experienced great customer service this evening. I needed assistance with re-wiring my weed eater. I went to the customer service desk and was greeted by Tiffany. I explained what I was having trouble with/needed and she said let me call Rob in garden/lawn. Tiffany was so pleasant, so kind. While we were waiting on Rob (he was assisting another customer) Tiffany walked out to my vehicle with me to see if she could help. She tried and couldn’t get it so she carried the weed eater in the store for me and walked back to check on Rob. When she came back up front she said he will be up front soon. When Rob came to the front he was also very pleasant, kind. He was able to re-wire the weed eater. This was great customer service! I didn’t feel like a bother and neither one of them rushed the process. I hope it’s considered for them to get some sort of bonus. Thank you Tiffany and Rob!

Love this location, they have it all and are super fast to restock items … without these guys most of my renovation projects would be stuck , keep up the great work guys !!!

All projects can be confusing when you don’t know the jargon/lexicon of that profession but I’ve not had a lot of difficulty when a member of the Lowe’s staff joins me in the solutions. We’ve done kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, storage and even attic stairs.

I recently bought a deep freezer from Lowes. The delivery guys were great and very professional. They helped move some items in my garage to install the freezer. My apologies for not getting their survey out to them, I just got busy but send it in.

An associate named Kristen has just gone above and beyond helping me hunt down a particular item that showed in stock on the website and wasn't in stock at the store. This just happened as of five minutes ago, so to whomever the manager is a pat on his back for excellent customer service is the least he deserves during this busy season!!!

Customer service at Lowes on Concord Blvd in Concord NC was great and my son was able to get the items he needed to continue his project. Landon who works in Lawn and Garden agreed to help me pick up items in the paint dept and also the nail gun department. He was determined to get the correct items I needed and when he wasn't sure he got John who works in the paint department to assist me. John was able to determine what my son needed based on a couple questions. I made a call just to make sure and it turned out that John was correct and my son Johnathan was happy with the items I purchased. Sneaker Ball will be fabulous again this year!

i’m here a few days a week shopping for something to take care of my home Maintenance.

Lowes caters more to the individual who is working on their home. Having experienced a bit of avoidance in a competitor store. It was refreshing having a person give you help and guidance.

I had a wonderful experience at this Lowes today! John in the paint department was phenomenally helpful to me. He took time to explain and help me save lots of $ on a home project that I’m researching.
