Starbucks

This was one of the most amazing Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a while. Not that they’ve been bad this one just felt a little more special thanks to Amanda and Cody. Their attention to detail and making my daddy daughter date feel so special. It really made me smile. Something tells me they are amazing during and after the holidays. Keep up the amazing job!

I freaking love this Starbucks! I came yesterday and got an Iced Carmel Macchiato w/extra Carmel drizzle, and when I tell you it was AMAZING! I started singing! So this morning it was still on my mind, and guess where I just left! Starbucks, and I met the beautiful young lady name HANNAH that made my drink yesterday and today! She was so friendly and polite! As well as the other young ladies there! I’m a real coffee drinker and HANNAH knows what she’s doing! Keep up the good Job you guys and thanks again for the bomb coffee HANNAH! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Once again Starbucks you did it again! special shoutout to HANNAH! She hands down is the best barista in North Carolina! She so polite and professional. I drive out my way just to come to this location! Love you guys!

I've been reading the reviews and it saddens me to see what our community has come to. I've been going to this Starbucks since 2006 I believe. Recently, the store has been under such scrutiny. What customers don't realize is that the staff has been overworked, understaffed and extremely overloaded for months. No one seems to consider the actual employee. They don't want you to have to wait or for the store to be a bit messy yet they are working as hard and fast as they can. Yes, maybe sometimes a mistake is made, they will rectify it immediately. I have never witnessed any employee being rude or obnoxious, even when it would be appropriate to be in some cases. I have never not been greeted nicely nor treated badly by anyone there. Maybe some should consider what it's like for them, working in one of the busiest stores between here and Florida. A little compassion and humanity goes a long ways. So please give a little grace as these employees are human and have feelings just like the rest of us. I will always support the Statbucks team at this store because they deserve so much more than what they get. 🫶🫶

I don't normally go to Starbucks but was treating a friend. We had Danish (that they warmed up) and hot chocolate. Was really, really nice and pleasant. Good patient service with suggestions made. We enjoyed it.

We got there early, and the entire staff wasn't quite there yet. But the three people that were there working, were working incredibly hard to be of great service to their customers. We had a little wait but it all ended up very good.

Young man with septum piercing and small tattoo by ear (sorry I didn’t get your name) working mid shift today was absolutely the kindest, understanding, and patient person I’ve dealt with at this location! I moved from Indiana and concord has put such a bad taste in my mouth as far as costumer service in fast food or any drive thru places and I almost expect rude workers or little interaction and he was such a refreshing experience for me! To the gentleman I hope you have nothing but green lights on your way home and I see promotion in your near future ! Coworkers, take notes !

Had a hot Venti pumpkin spice latte w/whole milk. As always, good. Line short this morning. Very friendly employee at DT window. 1115 am

I usually stop at around 530-545 am and the service is no different then later in the day. Even tho it's so early it does not bring down their mood. Update12-28-23 usually great service but today took almost 30 Mims to get our drinks

Let me just say… I am here just about every day… and while everyone is pleasant.. HANNAH!! She is so amazingly sweet and is so efficient at her job! She gets the drinks done fast and ACCURATE and this place is lucky to have her! I always know when she is working that I am going to have wonderful service! There is also Jordan who works here that is also amazing and just get my drink right everytime! They are lucky to have these two and are the reason I keep coming back every day!

Great quality food and great quality customer care. Jordan went above and beyond in helping me push my car out of the drive thru when it got stuck there. She helped me jump my car battery! I appreciate her and her team!

It was one of those really packed days at Starbucks, so service was slow...typical at Starbucks! But when I finally received my "Flat White" it was excellent, worth the time in line!

No banana nut bread? Ok the pumpkin will have to do. Chai tea latte was on point.

this place has never done me wrong. The staff is always great. Protected me from a tornado yesterday 10/10 manager on duty went above and beyond.

Found out how to order the drink that be in gas stations, so I'm hooked!

This location is always busy, but this is a GOOD thing! The customer service is always awesome! The staff always helpful and polite. They keep this place clean and kept up. The drinks are great and the food is hot. Definitely would recommend this place just make sure you come early or order through their app!

These peeps are heckin great. And good on their store manager for trying to lighten the load after these guys have been running without a manager for so freaking long.

The best location I have been to yet! The young lady running the drive through (Aug 29th round 1pm or so..) asked if my dog wanted a “pup cup”. First time For me. She was on point! Thank you!
