My daughter has a Prius hybrid car that she recently had issues with as she got off the boat in Port Townsend.
She called me for help and I suggested we go to O’Reilly Auto Parts for help with her electrical problem. The young manager(Matt??) was not only helpful is helping us diagnose the problem but was very kind and reassuring to my my daughter. He said to make sure to come in the next day if she still had problems and he would try to help.

When I bought windshield wipers I asked a question about installing them and the woman just came out and replaced my old ones. Took her 2 minutes! Great service!

They seem to know their stuff here. None of that, silly stuff with kids just looking for a job. These guys love cars & trucks. They also take old petroleum products, which is a great service.

I like these guys and girls. They usually know what you need if you have a problem. They work with you as much as they can, which is great for a retail store. Very accommodating towards backyard mechanics, and happily offer advice if asked. They seem to be more relaxed than the NAPA out here, which to me means they'll actually listen to what you're saying. Give em a shot.

I broke my driver side taillight recently. I was very pleased with the customer service at O' Reillys . I ordered the new taillight with ease.
The taillight came in within a few days. I asked if someone could install the new taillight for me and that was completed quickly and efficiently.

Didn't have what I was looking for (fire extinguisher) but the staff was prompt to help and the store was clean. No complaints.

Won't ding O'Reillys for this but you can only access the store from the east bound lane. So best to use the roundabout to reverse direction if you're headed west.

The right help can really make a difference! Danny Knutson went above and beyond in helping us figure out what part we needed along with giving some advice about how to replace it and what else to expect. It is nice to have the small-town heart shine through at a large chain store!

I work at this location, and apologize to anyone having a bad experience. If this occurs please ask for someone in management to help. Our new store manager and new crew are very helpful and we will all go out of our way to help the customer get back on the road. I have personally helped many people in the parking lot and had to call other local suppliers if we didn’t have the part, just to help the customer.

What wonderful service from Brandon !! I went in to buy a headlight for my EOS VW. He had a hard time getting the bulb out, VW ya know aren't easy to work on. He never gave up , always smiling and determined . It was totally a joy to meet a young man with work ethics.

Friendly, helpful, honest, professional staff. There is only one employee who was grumpy and impatient, but he should be talked to separately. Everyone else and the selection is top notch. O'Reilly can be crappy, but they are one of the better stores. Thanks guys!

They have always treated me fair good service and helpful. They will come out and look at your car and are knowledgeable also do free diagnostic. I'm a rewards member.

I've had to come in a few times when I had car trouble and the guys here were always helpful and helped me to make good decisions about troubleshooting. Here's to hoping I don't have to use their expertise too often.
