They keep items well stocked and always have fantastic sales in addition to discounts for teachers. Staff is very friendly and super helpful. They bend over backwards to make it a successful craft supply store.

I like to think of myself as a creative guy, an artist. There are 2 stores that I have to watch myself at. One of them is definitely Michael's. Good friendly staff, and more than a person could want. I usually do my shopping online so I don't impulse buy. I have a tendency of having squirrel moments. Things are just so shiny damn it! Any store where I can use my imagination and create things that are a reflection of me I'm going to enjoy. Michael's is there to help someone become who they always saw, a creative individual with hidden talents waiting to be able to become free. Art, crafts and just the little things they have makes that store special to me. To have classes and do custom framing or the tools to create something that wasn't there before are some of the reasons I return there. I worry about the future of stores like that. Because the first thing you'll see go in a moment of crisis is the arts. As technology has been overtaking the hands on crafts and arts we have begun also losing our great separation of animal and man. The abstract influences that aren't automatically seen from arts are the reasons for a non-indiviualizatiin of our current society that continues to hold down the people who are creating a great influencer of a dreadful future. Without art we digress back to an animalistic society. We must create! We must mold our surroundings! We must become art! We must become human!

The frame person was so kind and patient helping me pick out frames and border colors for my father's art...the final outcome was better than I could have imagined. Great experience

Absolutely love this location. I spent a lot of time in the store since I haven't been in a Micheals in many years. I was pleased with all they have to offer, from the kind greetings, items, and the check out.
When I checked out the cashier was so pleasant. She called someone to get an item I couldn't locate and while we waited she asked how I was doing. I said I'm tired. She responded by say yes me too. Then we talked about the on line rewards. I decided to sign up. In the meantime the associate She called about the item I wanted came over. He even brought multiple options. I was definitely impressed with their commitment to kindness and their jobs.
I will definitely be returning.

I love this store! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager is always visible and available. It's obvious the staff loves working there and for him! Clean and very well organized! Due to my worsened anxiety disorder, lately I have ordered online to pick up to be shipped. I have been pleased with my experiences with both types of shopping!

I purchased a planner, but when I brought it to the counter it rang up as more than I expected. I asked the cashier and she went and checked the sale sign and said she could understand why I thought it was that price. So she rang it up as my expected price. She also took time to show me how to sign up for a teacher discount. Great customer service!

They always have I'm looking for. They have a great selection of yarn and the clearance is awesome. I can always fine great quality stuff here.

Update!
I came here today (May 24, 2022) and I found some great clearance items for my mom and I found the cording I needed to make a few bracelets. The staff is wonderful and my wait in line was very short.

They did a great job of fixing a frame for us. Great work, fast and friendly service. I will be back.

This Michaels store has done an excellent job on improving customer service. Used to be, couple- three years ago, it was hard to get a friendly word or help. Current staff is so freaking friendly AND helpful. This Michaels is by far the best I've been to. I love ordering online and speedy pickup. They're rocking it!

Found EVERYTHING I needed for my project in one stop!!

I was in yesterday looking to frame a print, kind of odd sized. The employee that helped me was outstanding, I wish I had her name. She was so helpful, she helped to find the right frame, assisted in figuring out if I should matte & which matting looked best. The way it looked on her computer is awesome & am excited to pick it up Monday.

My 7-year-old boy and myself went in and were able to find all the wonderful things we needed. The thing I was most impressed with was that at the end of our shopping my little one started to have a fit. He is autistic so things can get loud and change quickly. the woman at the counter was so kind and helpful she just looked over at me smiling and said you're doing a great job Mom and told me she totally understood. It's so nice to have shopping where people are not only tolerant but understanding. This is not always the case. It was a wonderful experience and the sale was the cherry on top!
