I believe it was Amanda who helped me. She was great! I had a lot of requirements for a shoe and she really worked to get me what I liked.

I purchased Hoka Boni for work. They hurt my feet. They exchanged them several times and worked on this pair I have now. They fit great thank you so much. I have been a customer for many years and the service is 2nd to non. I recommend browns to everyone. Hoka slip resistant for all day on your feet feel so good.

Ivory helped me with fitting new shoes and I left feeling like a winner even tho I didn't win free shoes! Browns is a great shoe store with friendly employees!

Awesome selection and the employees here are very knowledgeable. Every time I've come in I'm able to find what I need and on the very rare times there's been a problem, they've been able to find a fix quickly and easily. I love that they offer specific sizes for wide feet too! Although the prices are a bit higher, it's worth it as the quality of shoes can't be beat.

October 1st 2022 Update - Brown's continues to amaze me and exceed all of my expectations! Amazing people, wonderful service, and truly one of the best businesses in Cheyenne. As it was when I wrote my original review, Brown's continues to be the only place I will go to buy shoes!

After some research, I had a specific Keen shoe in mind I wanted to order. Initially I was about to order from Keen directly, but my mother convinced me to give Brown's a call. Wonderful call, answered my questions quickly and very kindly - this convinced me to come in. Walking in, I was very quickly greeted with positivity and an eagerness to assist me. After helping me try on a couple sizes of Keen shoes similar to the ones I had in mind, we were able to order the exact shoe model I wanted (they even took down extra details to ensure they ordered the right model!)

The order arrived much sooner than expected, and when I arrived to pick it up, I tried them on to make sure they fit, and I was all set.

Each employee is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

In short, Brown's is fantastic, and will be the only place I go for buying shoes!

The folks at this store are so friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection, only stock high quality shoes, and have very reasonable prices. Next time I need shoes I will be coming here first!

Great customer service. They were very busy when we were there, but still had good personal service. My mother and I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes.

I was incredibly impressed with the service at this store. Its been a very long time since some one took the time to ensure the shoes I was interested in fit correctly. It was a pleasure and I am a fan of this store to say the least. While the price points might seem high, the quality of the shoes are the same prices anyone can get online. I had frequently purchased shoes online and was frustrated in the fit. So rather than wasting time shopping online, this store has a great selection of everyday shoes, although ladies no high heels - but that is the only shoe time they didn't offer. Best gem of shoe stores. Will definitely return to this store over and over again.

Probably the fastest new pair of shoes I've ever bought. Not to mention they fit well and are very comfortable. I walked in, told the shoe expert what I was looking for and some stuff about my feet, and she brought out several pairs of shoes and inserts to try and a couple of test fits later I was walking out with a great new pair of shoes. Fantastic experience! They know their stuff and it was much better having someone guide me rather than picking shoes at random to try.

You don't find many shoe stores where you get this great of service. Latest style/version in stock and did not pay anymore than I would have paid online. So left the store with no worries and first run in new shoes was great!

Brown's took care of me like a good business should. You will not get this kind of service from the big shoe stores. I bought a pair of Thorogood work boots from them and within a week the sole was peeling off one of them. This wasn't Brown's fault but they took the old ones off my hands and gave me a new pair. No hassle and they were very nice about it. I will buy all my shoes from here from now on.

Broad selection of quality products, friendly service, reasonable prices. Hard to find all of these attributes in stores today. Will shop there again

Great service!!! Very helpful. Went there for birkenstocks. Said to toss our old ones because my straps had broke and soles cracked in half. Down the road, found out my hubby had wanted to keep his! He called and they gladly said they would ship them to us for free! Will return there for my next pair.

The store is very neat and clean, the personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the wide aisles. Easy to shop here. The selection of shoes was great and they have some really cute handbags. They have shortened hours right now so check first.

Went in to get some walking shoes. The young lady who helped me had no qualms about me wanting to get something off the sale rack. Was super happy they had something to fit my oversized feet and for a great price. Also walked out with a pair of funny penguin socks my kids think look great on me.

Jamie was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and had patience with my husband who hates shoe buying with a passion. She was making us laugh and had the best customer service we have seen in a very long time. We will go back just because of her.

Outstanding customer service at this store! Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I was so impressed with the entire experience, and I will definitely be back. Mike even held the door for my husband and I when we left! You just don't see that level of service very often!
